Club Monaco Robson Street
We had the lovely pleasure of meeting Anna on the second floor. Not only was she incredibly helpful, but her energy was brilliant. She was sorting through other piles of clothes the whole time, but she was still able to get what I needed, chat with us, but did not make us feel like we were rushing her. Talking to her was just enjoyable, she felt like a family friend that you could confide in. if anyone is looking for the best retail experience I've seen, look no further.

I went in the morning of august 21 and the manager (madame) was very rude, discriminate me and also treat me bad just to ask her about pricesI love that store but after this experience I will never going to buy there.The store should know better the personal behaviour before hiring them

Staff were pleasant and helpful during a quiet weekday early afternoon. There was someone available on the mens section who gave helpful suggestions and was friendly, but gave lots of room and space for customers to look around on their own first as well.The cashier was also enthusiastic and friendly too. Makes you feel valued as a customer compared to Zara next door.

I went to Club Monaco a short time ago and was surprised to find the exact same clothing (totally out of fashion) that they were selling 5 years ago. The jackets with the big zippers (I have one just like it that I bought from there in 2017). Shocked that they also were selling at a ridiculously high price! This place has really gone downhill.

Anna from this store was superb! She was super friendly, warm like your next door neighbour. She was attentive, willing to help and suggest what's right for you. Other staff at this store are also very friendly. This store makes you want to come back to visit again and again!!

Very friendly personel can suggest and advise good pieces. Nice promo 30%off from sales price, but not a lot left. Excellent choice of work outfits. Highly recommended.

I have ordered online during covid times but ventured out Christmas shopping in stores in a recent trip to Vancouver. I think I forgot how much fun it can be and this came to mind when I visited the Club Monaco store finding a present for my daughter. A sales person, Richard was so helpful in recommendations but I just enjoyed his delightful ‘presence’ that made shopping a fun experience. I left the store smiling!
