I am writing this review on behalf of a friend of mine who is a regular customer. These last couple weeks she has noticed that the hours of operation differ from the actual hours of operation meaning the establishment has closed earlier than the website shows. On numerous occasions she has went in for a walk in and has been turned away because the business was closed. Also, she wants to mention when she tries to book an appointment over the phone it just rings with no answer. This has been a repeated issue of the business closing well in advance of store hours that are posted as well as not being able to book appointments.

I went in and had a great experience with Abby! She ensured I was happy with the colour, and when I wasn’t she made sure I got the colour I was hoping for! She’s great as what she does and I definitely will go back! Will recommend her to friends!

I went to Terry's for the first time and absolutely loved the experience! Kaylyn was great! She took the time to understand what I was looking for, and made sure that, when I walked out if the salon, I was got exactly what I wanted. She took the time to give me the experience and the look that will bring me back next time!! The salon was well maintained and the atmosphere was fun! Can't wait for the next time!!

Called to book an appointment, the lady who answered the phone booked me in for 3. Partly my fault I was running 5 minutes late. (yes 5 minutes and I'm about to pull into the parking lot) I get a call as I'm in the parking lot then she goes on to tell me how I'm going to make her late for her next client in the most rude, vulgar tone. As I go on to ask for diffrent times as she's giving me major attitude she hangs up on me... Asap before I could even spit out the words. Terrible customer service. If 5 minutes puts you back a client then don't over book yourself! Simple.

Abby did a great job cutting my hair the way I wanted it and offered helpful advice about a conditioner suitable for my hair. We had pleasant conversations, and I appreciated her quiet yet engaging personality. I got in right away as a walk-in, which I greatly appreciated and was done very efficiently. The manager seemed great, with friendly service. Most affordable women's haircut in the city!!

I recently went for a trim with Barb. I said no more than 2 inches please. I got, instead, a 6 inch chop. When I called the next day to ask how it happened so I can ensure it never happens again, no ownership was taken of the error, but rather simply no you're mistaken
