Sitting down with Tannis in a warm comfortable atmosphere, and her being so easy to talk with, unbeknownst to myself at the time, was one of the best decisions I have made for a long time. Her non-judgmental, calm, yet eloquent conversational techniques, very quickly made me realize this was just what my messed up, confused, and hurt brain needed! Tannis helped me realize that life gets in our way of thinking sometimes. To have her to walk beside me in my mind even now, when Ive at times thought i might go spiraling down that rabbit hole once again, her thoughts, ideas, and inspiration made me rethink that rabbit hole and look forward in my thinking instead of trying to do it alone! Tannis is an incrediblely compassionate and thoughtful therapist. Her feedback is honest and kind and she asks the tough questions but with gentleness. I don't feel it's like a therapy session but being with a friend with no judgement who is there to support and help direct my healing. The Hypnosis piece to her work is like a deep calming meditation. And I feel wonderful afterwards. She is a 11/10 in my books!

Have you ever been in such a bad place that you don’t know which way is up or down? That was me when I met Tannis. My daughter had been killed and I was dealing with grief so deep that sometimes I felt there was no light at the end of the tunnel. After the first session I went home and crashed into blissful sleep for 12 hrs- unmedicated. Something that hadn’t happened in years. Very calming atmosphere. As someone who gets nervous with talking to others in general, Tannis does a good job to make you feel comfortable. The sessions helped out a lot with my anxiety!
