Great Escape Hot Tub Company
Had a problem with our hot tub that we purchased from another supplier. After numerous and time-consuming interactions, couldn't get any resolve from that supplier or the tub's manufacturer. Went to Great Escape and, within minutes, they told me how I could fix my problem by myself at a cost of LESS THAN FIVE DOLLARS. I was willing to pay over a hundred dollars for a service call but was assured that I could fix it myself. They provided me with the steps on how to do it and they were concise and accurate.Others could take lessons about top-notch customer service from Great Escapes. All the positive reviews this place gets are earned and warranted.

Very disappointed. Jeff refused to fix my pump as it was beyond repair. His front desk person offered me 2 bearings at $20 each and a mechanical seal at $30. When I asked for an impeller Jeff asked me to look for another company and he is not selling to me any longer!? He was rude. I tried to explain that this is a hobby to me and he has no responsibility if things don't work out for me. I found another shop that will help me with my repairs and they don't believe that my pump is beyond repair. Jeff also suggested that I buy a new pump from h for $700! Unfair Jeff!

One of the best customer experiences I have encountered. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and provided a number of options that were helpful. We ended up going with a refurbished hot tub, which we have used for thr last month, without issue. The deals they have on refurbished tubs are worth looking at. Once this one goes, we will definately be coming back. Their attention to deal and ove value has made us customers for life.

Our second purchase from Great Escape Hot Tub. Brand new tub was delivered yesterday and we love it!! Removal of the old tub and install went very smooth. The crew did a fantastic job, very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Great Escape Hot Tubs for all your spa needs.

Honest business owner. Could have easily charged me $80 to rebuild a damaged section of plumbing I needed to go from pump to heater since my tub is old and parts are obsolete or hard to get. Instead found he me the correct union split nut ($15) to replace the one that was cracked.

We ordered our hot tub back in the summer and finally got it a few weeks ago. The service and interaction from the beginning were smooth. They are very easy to communicate and work with. The delivery and the install were very well organized and the guys were super friendly. They instructed my husband on how to use all the chemicals and were very patient to answer questions. We love our hot tub and enjoy it. THANK YOU FOR THE GOOD SERVICE AND PRODUCT FOR REASONABLE PRICE.

Very poor service. Promises are not kept and you end up with excuses instead of a hot tub. To top it all off, nobody can be bothered to call you back when there is an issue that was escalated and when you take the extra step to follow up, you’re met with rude and challenging behaviour. I’ll never spend another cent at this hot tub place and encourage everyone looking for anything hot tub related to go somewhere else. There are plenty of other great hot tub stores around

Our first refurbished tub lasted 10 years. His service was excellent over this time. They just installed another refurbished tub yesterday for us the install was great he’s doing things the right way . I would highly recommend them for sales and service. Great job
