Just Jewellery

I don't use a lot of jewellery so I thought I'd feel overwhelmed when I came to the store. As soon as I arrived, I was helped by two lovely ladies. Their names were Genevieve and Joanne I believe??? The selection was great, beautiful pieces and I found something perfect for someone like me (aka a tomboy LOL) Thank you ladies!! i'm definitely coming back for the matching earrings

Very unhappy with service and quality. My husband purchased a pair of earrings for my 50th birthday. They came in the a very cheap unmarked box with cheap gift tissue. He paid over $300 for them and I found them on another jewelry website for $110. There is no information given on the authenticity of the gem stone or diamonds which do not look real. I asked for a refund in less then a week but the owner refuses....exchange only! Do your homework before buying anything from this jewelry shop. They are a boutique store who marks up the prices substantially. Shop around and you will find the same or similar pieces elsewhere for less then half the price this store is charging. When my husband called to make an appointment to buy them, the owner was very prompt in responding but now that she knows I don’t want them, she won’t respond to my email. I will have to sell these privately now and won’t get anywhere near what we paid. Men, if your shopping for your wife or girlfriend, only buy from store that back their products and offer refunds.

I find when I am wanting something unique for a special gift this is where I head. The service is consistent and personal. The owners and staff are equally welcoming to their long term customers as well as those, who just walk in the door with no sales pressure. Thanks for a great shopping experience.

Just Jewellery is a family business with a lot of style. Walking in the welcoming front door, I could tell, this wasn't an ordinary jewelry store. The décor, the layout, the carpets, the type of items on offer. A mother / daughter business and this store is pet freindly. Nice to see a busy place today, with the anniversary sale. Classy store and we will be back .....

Outstanding selection of beautiful jewelry, sterling silver, artistic designs from around the world selected by the owners. Owner is very knowledgeable about precious and semi-precious gem stones, approachable and very friendly. Well worth a visit - even from out of town.

I came here about a week ago and bought a sterling silver necklace for my girlfriend. She was so stunned when she opened the box. The craftsmanship of the piece was really amazing and unique and the owner took so much time out of her day to help me pick the right piece.I checked out a few other Jewelery stores and was really happy with my find here! I will be back to buy something else if there is another time I want to surprise my girlfriend in the future. She really loved it and it made me satisfied with my purchase and surprise. I was also really happy with the service and felt the piece I got was a really great price!I know its hard to find a good authentic place to buy jewelery from but was really happy with my decision at Just Jewelery.
