I ordered food on their app for my girlfriend and her cousin while I was at work. They didn't deliver the food. When I called to find out what happened, they blamed me and said I put in my phone number incorrectly and they could not send the order to Door Dash because of that. I did not order from Door Dash, I ordered directly from Bar Burrito. They charged my credit card and would not refund me. They also said they could not cancel the order. They told me to come.pick up the order which I could not do because I was at work across town. They told me to pick it up several times. Never once did they apologize. I went to the location the next day and the manager" I spoke to said she can't cancel the order either and offered to make the order

Worst management ever seen. The restaurant was so busy and there were only two girls working. No doubt they treated with such a good customer service. fast food restaurant means you need to serve fast. Please put some extra workers so customers will not wait too long and especially for management learn a lesson of fast food customer service you really need this.

I have been saving points for 3 years and finally had enough for a burrito. Staff denied my points and said use them next time" I've heard this 3 times In a row! Not to mention they didn't add my points from my purchase. Customer service 1/10. She also put lettuce on my burrito and refused to re make it. I'm usually beyond satisfied but this is unacceptable!"

I ordered the taco bar from the catering menu for a party this weekend and everyone raved about how good the food was (no one had tried it before except me). I was really happy with how easy it was to book, how quickly the manager responded to all of my questions, how many GF options there were and how much food we got. I ordered for 18 and everyone definitely ate well and we had lots of leftovers. I'd highly recommend this restaurant for yourself or for catering events. Thank you to the manager & team at BarBurrito for the great experience!

They definitely serve a decent burrito. The large is a BEAST! I was not expecting such a huge amount of food. There was surprisingly more meat in it than veggies (I'm a little sad it didn't have more veg) with a good amount of rice and beans. The burrito was put together a lot better than some other places and was flavourful. The pulled pork was delicious. I would come back.The churro was pretty disappointing though, completely flavorless.

My bf and I came in last night and had the new crispy chicken, tacos & a burrito with some extreme fries. Absolutely wonderful service from Baljot! She was so sweet, had a smile the whole time and kept talking to us while she prepared our meals. The food was superb as well, she just brought out fresh steak for the burrito and honestly just felt like a great evening. Thanks Baljot, you’re fabulous and Bar Burrito we love you!

The food quality was 100% but customer service being 0%, i went for dine in on March 20 at 9:00 PM, there was a girl working who prepared my food i asked for madmex mondays and when i started having my food she in her own punjabi language said “4 dollar dekh ke mondays nu aa jande aa lok khan eh ni dekhde v start at 4 aa” I didn’t said anything about costs or something, just asked for deal which is obviously made for customers. I felt so bad that i had to throw my food away and left crying, She totally ruined my hunger for Burrito. I will never visit this place again. Afterall, there is so much going on in everybody’s life we go there to be served well, not to feel low. I myself is a chef but never heard any server saying such words to any customer, because these are basic etiquettes to deal in a customer service based industry.

I always love enjoying a delicious meal at BarBurrito!The burrito bowl is a great option for those who are gluten free and vegetarian or vegan. You can choose a corn tortilla bowl or a takeout container. Then you choose your preferred toppings for the bowl. I love adding as much veggies as possible! The burrito bowl is always tasty, fresh and flavourful, in my experience.BarBurrito’s website has detailed allergen information which is helpful for those with dietary restrictions.The staff were friendly and personable. I liked the high top tables for eating at.Would definitely recommend this place!
