TL,DR : This place sucks! Find another clinic if you can.I have waited long enough to write this review. If you’re lucky to have your call answered, you’ll be greeted with a very rude receptionist, who tries to gatekeep you from seeing the doctors and suggests going to a walk-in clinic instead! My 1 year old landed in the hospital with an eye infection because they refused to give me an appointment with our family doctor (or any doctor at their clinic!) after calling them multiple times. 9 out of 10 times I end up going to a walk-in since I can’t get an appointment. What’s the point of even having a family doctor?!

The reception staff really go out of their way to help my daughter and I, when she was a small baby squeezing her in to be seen by Dr. Tharmakulasingam most times we needed her. Dr. Tharma has a lovely bedside manner and will discuss treatment options with you. I'm very glad we are patients here.

Dr Vaid is my husband's family Dr, he is very good at what he does and took care of each and every concern we had. I was so impressed by his professionalism and was very thorough. The best part, he is a very honest man and even answered a couple questions I had! Thank you Dr Vaid.

My husband recently saw Dr Tharma for a problem with his hand and the care was terrible. His apt was less than 5 minutes long no real check to understand the issue but rather a diagnosis without doing any scans. We now wait for an apt with a specialist with hopes for a proper diagnosis. I value the value of having a good family doctor as my experience is phonemoneal compared to his, no effort or real care. I would not recommend her.

Rude and unprofessional staff:-1 Star:Worst Clinic i have ever visited. For name sake you will have a family doctor but whenever you call to book an appointment you wont get the appointment.The service is the worst of all. All the receptionist they are Gods and treat everyone with disrespect.Empathy is the core of hospitality, if you can not find that in receptionist, don't hire them.Even if they give me money, i am not going to this clinic ever.

My daughter was scheduled for appointment yesterday but when we got to the clinic the receptionist said the Physician is not around. She drove from Toronto to be on time for her appointment and no one from the clinic phone her or left a voicemail that her Physician will not be in on the day. Too bad we waste time and gas and rescheduled her for the next day which is announce to have a winter storm. Receptionist please responsible and considerate.

I have attended the clinic on 3 separate occasions and have found the office staff, especially Julie, to be rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and condescending. The unfortunate thing is my family doctor works out of this clinic making it necessary to have to interact with the office staff. If I had options I would not be associated with this clinic. They go out of their way to make things inconvenient and difficult. No customer appreciation or service. Someone needs to take charge and hire staff that take the clients needs to heart and run a professional office.

This walking clinic is usually very good for walk-ins or urgent care. But if you are trying to get to see a Doctor before urgent care is a different atmosphere. They are a little more rude and non caring. Again don't blame them as they are overworked and understaffed. Just be patient and come for urgent care.

It's always so clean. There is one person in particular who is a nightmare to talk to on the phone. I have one doctor in the clinic whom I followed from a previous clinic, and I do have to say this clinic is clean and organized. Julie is an absolute asset to the team. She's always kind and understanding.

Dr Vaid.....very good Dr, caring, honest, good listener.....will follow him wherever he goes. Never had any rude behavior from anyone. Clean environment, quiet....what more could you ask for, I am pleased.
