After unforeseen circumstances, Imperial Hardwood Flooring worked diligently with the roofing company to arrange my replacement flooring. The two arranged amongst themselves and had everything organized for a flawless and quick installation. The work was above and beyond !! In the summer, we moved to St Catharines and before moving into our older home Jurgen’s team came and refinished our oak floor and install some new laminate flooring and installed some new carpeting in a family room.The work was great and the team left everything clean and tidy.After moving in - we had IHF back to renovate a Bathroom and closet. Both required a complete gutting. Jurgen pulled together a team of specialist to complete the various tasks and worked hard to keep us informed as to who would be there on which day. While the project took awhile to complete - the finished product, which also included the addition of a window - look like it belongs in a magazine.Some months after the work was all completed and paid - we had an issue with the glass shower door and it was solved by the team very quickly with no fuss at all. We are enjoying the bathroom and the closet everyday and I would use IHF again.

We are very happy with the quality of the work. Workers came when they said they would. Had the job done in 5 days as they said they would. The price was reasonable and the workers enjoyable.

I’d been thinking about re-doing my stairs for some time. My house was built in 1991 and still had the original hunter green carpet on it. I just didn’t know where to start. Then I found myself at The Home Show where I met Jurgen and saw his display, which included stairs. I was immediately interested. Jurgen came to my home the next day to have a look and gave me a quote that I found very reasonable. Work began the following week and was completed within 1.5 days by his employee Ben. He also went the extra mile and finished off both landings with the hardwood we used in the hallway. Everything turned out beautifully and I am delighted with my new stairs! Certainly gives my home an updated and more contemporary vibe. Thank you!

Terrible experience! Dried and crumbling woodfiller in all the poor workmanship is crumbling out and leaving post caps and transition strips at the tops of the stairs dangerously loose. We purchased recommended flooring as it had 30 different pieces so it would loook like more of a real hardwood. The installers were to lazy to sort it, so we have the same pieces clumped together in all areas of our main floor. We only had this done mid September 2021 and have been chasing them down since December 2021. We have contacted them monthly via phone and spoke to Logan several times and emailed as requested by Eurgen the owner... no one is returning our calls to come and rectify the poor finishing that was left on our expensive floors, railings and stairs. The post caps and transition strips were cracked by nails on installation and this was there fix" .... it held up long enough to take payment. More than uphappy with my experience is an understatment!"

We were extremely satisfied with the workmanship Imperial Hardwood provided. They even changed several boxes of hardwood for a cleaner finished look at our request without question. Great job, wonderful staff.

I have just finished having my carpets taken out and high quality laminate flooring put in. I was hesitant after having new hardwood floors in the past but I knew it would be durable and easy to care for (friends told me). This house is full of items that had to be moved in order to install the flooring. The two guys Peter and Cody were great! Very pleasant to deal with and hard working. The job was well done and I am pleased with the results. There were no delays. I would highly recommend this company after searching on line and being hesitant initially . Thank you Jurgen!!
