Completely incompetent company and customer service.I tried to purchase a sleeping mat online, only to have my order cancelled a couple days later. My order was cancelled with no explanation and I had to reach out to customer service to find out why. I was told that the order was cancelled as the product was out of stock. I’ve never had an order cancelled outright by a vendor for this reason. You’d think that such a large company would have the common sense/courtesy to inform their customers of the reasons for their cancellation. More so, reach out to that customer with alternatives rather than just cancelling outright. I’ve dealt with much smaller stores who’ve done this, either ordering more product or offering a discount on available products.Not to mention, their customer service is completely incompetent. Couldn’t even get my name right. And will do nothing for you apart from apologizing for the inconvenience.I will not be shopping at Atmosphere either physically or online anymore. I am actively discouraging anyone from purchasing from here. You can get much better customer service and pricing at smaller shops. Don’t support a company who honestly doesn’t care.

Overpriced products for one side but mostly I’m bother about being said that I can return the product with no questions asked…silly me because is just not true , they ask you why, no only that, they call the manager and all of that to finally be saying : NO, they can’t accept items backDon’t buy there if you are not 100% sureThere are similar shops in Park Royal with better prices and return policies

Unfortunately my visit to this store was complerlte disappointment. And all because a man who works there in middle age, with grey hair as I remember. After trying several shoes I really liked one pair, was thinking about buying but store assistant approached me and asked to leave store as i wasn't wearing the thing"

Atmosphere at Park Royal is a good place to shop if you are looking for camping-related equipment. Selection goes from tents and backpacks, to the different utensils needed to make your outdoors adventure more comfortable. This includes his & hers clothing to prepare you for whatever weather you might find. Staff are attentive and helpful without being pushy.

Atmosphere - and most likely the Park Royal store - completely screwed up my wife’s Christmas present. I ordered the gift online 10 days before Christmas. Atmosphere took my money and sent me an order confirmation.When, on December 23, I had still not received the “ready for pickup” email, I called their support number.I was told my order was marked as “picked up”. I was incensed. The support rep called the store and advised me the store didn’t have the item anywhere on hand but someone had marked it as “picked up”.To add insult, I was told or would be “two to four weeks “ before I would get a refund. This should have been done immediately.So, 2 days before Christmas I’m off to find this gift somewhere else. I hope whoever has the one I paid for at Atmosphere enjoys it.I will not shop here again.

Wonderful staff, comfortable environment, huge selection of outdoor shoes, clothing, jackets, sun glasses, and some electronics like GoPro and Garmin.

this is a great palce to do somw clothing shopping , the store is huge and wide , bright , quit ea lot of selection to buy form , new arrival every time i came , the only ything i wuold liek them to improve is the customer service . i need more help to find things

Excellent help with a return of SalomonTrail shoes warranty issue. Although not straight forward, Mark the Assistant Manager took the time and made the effort to help me. Sadly in retail good customer service is the exception rather than the rule and when you receive it stands out. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Give the team here a try!

Got a Garmin watch, it had a watch face defect. I returned it within the specified return/exchange period, but was told by them that they wouldn't take the watch back because it wasn't a recurring issue and they would lose money if they did an exchange. Turns out it was a recurring issue and I'm now dealing with Garmin directly and have to wait a month to get a new watch. All because Atmosphere decided their profit margins were more important. Never buying anything from this store ever again.

Amazing service!! I came in like 5mins to close SORRY!! but the map doesn't even show the mall location! Why?? ) anyways, the guys were SO cool and helpful regardless. They found me the perfect rain pants and helped me even past close. I was so grateful. If only other stores had such amazing staff. I hope you are cherished. I'll definitely be back. And earlier!! :)
