Very positive experience all thanks the customer service person named Kale. He was friendly, engaging, and knew exactly how to help me with getting my new telus products. Even helped me get a bonus item.Wonderful experience all around even though it took a while he was very patient and kind with me. He needs a raise seriously.

Very rude staff. Stay away from this company. I was month to month and suddenly got an email telling me my plan no longer exists and id be paying $5 more each month & when ever they feel like raising the price. Shady. I came into the store to make sure the email was real & essentially I was told if I didn't like it I could leave. Changed carrier that day.

Very rude staff, I was with an Indigenous elder who just wanted to make an inquiry into an upgrade and the staff member was talking very loudly, not answering the questions, and acted like we were causing a scene because he could not understand the question we were asking. Obviously diversity, professionalism and customer service is not a priority.

Great service!! Jackson was able to help me find the best option for a new phone after mine was lost. He even went as far as giving me tons of suggestions to help me decide what the best prices and plan was going forward. Very personable as well!

I have been buying my phones at this location since the store was AWC. It has always been excellent until today. The person who I talked to was condescending and quite rude. My plan is old and I expected a bit of an increase but I didn't expect it to double! This person was not helpful at all and portrayed a take it or leave it attitude! He was the one seated next to the storeroom and it was about 11:30. I don't know if I will ever go back.

Carson he went beyond was very helpful & made sure i had a good deal on black Friday, very happy.

We’ve taken service with Telus, we never got all the discount promised, we lost so much time going back to the store… after going back five times, the person that first offered us the discounts finally called the company to ask to do the adjustment that they were supposed to apply months ago. One month later it was still not applied so we called the customer service that didn’t have the recording of the call that the kind person did for us the adjust the offers he had for us… so we went back to the store for the 6th time, and the “one star” guy gave us a “one star” service… he really did nothing to help, such a bad service. We are tired of losing our time and paying over 100$ more then what we were supposed to pay… so I give 5 star for the good selling services minus 3 star for all the waist of time and money… I should probably take out an other star for the bad service of the “one star” guy… but I won’t… good luck if you go there for your phone services.

I’ve gone here quite frequently recently as I was shopping for a new phone and phone plan. The staff was rude the first time I went in, and it put a poor taste in my mouth. Still, I already had a plan here so I tried again another day. The second time they told me that they couldn’t do anything to help me because I had to call and speak to someone in order to do anything about my account. I finally decided to go to someone else who could help me in person, and when I went back to Telus to return my Bring It Back phone they told me I needed authorization for the other person on my account to return my phone. I have a very tight schedule and am on a time limit to return this phone, and today is the only day that I’m able to do so. Not pleased that when I originally went in to discuss the phone plan they didn’t tell me I would need authorization to return the phone, even though it is my name on the phone and my name is on the account.
