I have a small complaint. After 12 years a small cable in my recliner chair frayed and came apart. I called Matt at Ducan Industries and within one day he had a replacement part available for me at no cost. I put in the replacement part within about 5 minutes and now my recliner built by Ducan Industries is working just like new. Even though the recliner chair and the matching couch are 12 years old the fabric is of such good quality they look like brand new. Also congratulations to Matt for his prompt attention to providing excellent customer service by providing me the replacement part in one day, with no charge for the part.
