I asked question on one of the group, I am new to Canada and have only one months credit history, can I get pre-approval?Ritin Gupta who is one of the agent with this group told us “yes, we can get that and I will help you”.He was a real estate estate agent too and forced us to buy house for way beyond its cost and for way beyond our capacity and then started telling bring money from home country, borrow from line of credit, second mortgage, paper mortgage etc.That’s how a person suppose to buy house?He is a fraud! If you do any business with him…pls be very very careful and keep all the emails/communications in written.

After another Broker's poor service left me in dire circumstances, Cameron @ Dominion was the only person out of the dozens I contacted that truly had my needs in mind.He was thorough in his pursuit of my best option, and never once did I feel like I was being pushed in the wrong direction.My previous Broker dropping the ball ended up being a blessing in disguise, as Cameron and Dominion lending hooked me up with a product that no other Broker could offer, and it wound up being a fantastic option for my needs.It was a pleasure working with Cameron, and I'll be recommending him to everyone.
