I missed my app't by a day yet the receptionist was very accommodating and got me in well under an hour. She was polite and professional. Perfect!!Place is clean, well coordinated, all staff are excellentCan't imagine it going better!! Unless I'd got the day right!

Even though I moved from Scarborough years ago, there are somethings I still take the drive for. Seems like when it snows in Keswick, where I live, all doctors and medical services take it as an excuse to close and take the day off but at this location the staff were helpful, friendly, patient and accommodating.

Excellent service! The visit went well starting from the reception to the Radiologic Technologist. I calledvto follow up and they called with all the related information about the DrThank you!

First time went here for my 27/28 week’s ultrasound because my usual one didn’t have appointment available. Worst experience with the technician (name was Kiabah something) she seems to be so novice not knowing properly how to handle! I regret going there - she didn’t even have the courtesy to show us the baby wherein all ultrasound clinics does that at the end. When I asked her that we would like to see the baby- she was rude and barely showed it for 5secs. For calling my husband who was sitting outside the room, she said I can call him from my phone as I will have his number (like seriously?!!Because for all other places- technician themselves call the partner). She even had to call one of her senior colleagues as she wasn’t sure of some of the stuff Dr has requested!! They really need to train ppl well especially handling pregnancy related ultrasounds as people have lots of emotions attached to it. Will probably need to take another requisition from gynecologist as I am doubtful of her skills.For sure never going there again- even if I don’t get appointment in the whole Toronto!!

I had a great experience with both X ray and Ultra sound. Raziya was amazing, very professional and kind. The bathroom was very clean, I would go back to this place. It's unfortunate that this place got some bad reviews to due lack of professionalism by technician called Uzma. I hope the management team will look into the complaints made by some of the patients.

Fabulous care from all levels of staff very professional and still comfortable atmosphere

So I had an x-ray and an ultrasound two weeks ago. The technician said they will fax the results within 3 days. 1.5 weeks later, I called my family doctors office and the receptionist confirmed they received the results, gave me appointment with the doctor. Next day doctor called and said they have not received these results… he wasted his time and mine. Called on Tuesday, after Boxing Day. Nobody answered. Called this morning and the secretary told me that she has faxed the results before, and that she did before again before my call. I asked her when did she first faxed and she said hold on, and hang up on me. Then called my family doctor office and the secretary said they have not received anything. As I continue the conversation with her, after suddenly she received the fax… someone is not saying truth here… I will try to go somewhere else next time. 2 weeks I had to wait and after several phone calls finally I got my results…

Haven’t been there yet, but I will go because the woman who answered the phone and answered my questions was very kind, friendly, patient and polite.

This is the best place for Ultrasounds and Xrays. The staff there are incredible, and I always leave my appointment with appreciation for good and polite service. I have been there several times and the service is consistent. I'll never leave this location.
