They did a great job of my glass shower install. Although they had to deal with an angled seat going across the threshold, they were able to accommodate, and still provide the same warrantee the company offers.

I have quite a unique feature on my doors and didn't want to lose that with other window companies. Global glass Repairs replaced the single glazing with double and made sure the doors were draught-proof and properly sealed. I didn't have the wooden framework changed and they repaired and stregthened to ensure they would stand the test of time like the glass will. After a little setback, and not living close to the porperty, I was able to speak to the fitter directly and he talked me through everything. He was so reassuring and I appreciated the feedback. They all work so hard to ensure that the work is done to a high standard and that the customer is happy with the final result.

I made one phone call, and they immediately understood my problem, created a conference call with my insurance company, and dispatched a repair unit to my office.
