Found this supplier through Facebook. Communication is professional and timely. They were able to help determine sq.footage required, shared pics of colours, total sale completed online with an etransfer deposit and final payment at point of pick up. Warehouse in a new industrial area and staff there were courteous, efficient and helpful loading. Product was as specified. Highly recommend this company.

Purchased engineered hardwood from Great Lake Flooring in the afternoon and was delivered the next morning. Johnie gave us the best price and customer service was amazing. We recently purchased flooring from GreatLake Flooring and I would highly recommend. We found them on Facebook marketplace and received help from Johnie. They let us take home samples so we could decide which flooring looked best. Greatlake had very reasonable prices and a good selection. The flooring was a bit tricky at first but you get the hang of it. We actually had trouble making the pieces fit flush and they even offered to send someone out to take a look for us! (We do not live close). Very happy with the communication, service and product!

Great prices, great service and great merchandise selection. You get a significant discount on the same brands that are available in other flooring stores. The showroom is open 24hrs. You just call and it will be opened for you remotely. Pickup is usually at the warehouse at another location. I chose my contractor to pick-up the flooring whenever they needed it. Payments over e-transfer and invoice sent by email. We ran out of the floor and needed a couple of more boxes. I just texted - received the amount of required payment and additional material was ready for pickup within 5 minutes.

Great prices and great customer service. Johnnie gave the best price, responds quickly and very smooth transaction. Showroom open 24 hours and he responds at all hours of the day which is great for busy people. I ordered the flooring in the evening and it was delivered in my garage the next morning......... amazing. They also took my excess flooring back with full refund. Have recommended them to many friends and contractors. Will definitely use them again since best flooring experience ever.

Amazing customer service and fantastic prices. The 24 hour communication team was quick, and up and ready to help. I received quick responses to my questions and concerns. Most importantly the quality of the vinyl floorings are outstanding! I have bought from them twice now and would definitely recommend them for any of your flooring needs.
