The worst place in durham. I have a 5 months old puppy and he is the most friendly dog in the world but is 4 time that I booked an appointment in this store and after 10 minutes they reject my dog because he is nervous. Don’t try this place with puppies worst attention ever

Do not buy any source of aquatic anything at this store. They have bladder snails. If you look long enough at the tanks you will see them. My entire take is just ruined with a massive outbreak. They are extremely invasive and multiply extremely fast. They have to be dispoased of properly, you can not flush them in the toilets they are far to invasive for our great lakes sake. Have already done 5 major cleans ups of my tank and not even close to being done. It cost a fortune to fix petsmarts problems. Meanwhile there employee told me they were quarintining but thats load of BS. The pet store knows about they're problems.
