Always enjoy browsing in this store. Books yes but so much more. Turns out it's a great place to buy thoughtful little gifts for friends and family. Something is always on sale!

This is a store of happy and helpful staff.A am an author and was grateful to have done a signing event here but witness a team that really love what they do. Being a busy weekend they buzzed from customer to the next. Checking in on me too to top it off.One customer e em mentioned that she comes here to help on her tough days. A great selection of books! And an even better set of staff. Maverick was an amazing guy to learn about which Mangas to recommend for us based on our interest and what we've read before. His energy is amazing and shows that he's really passionate about the books and his job there. I look forward to talking with him and seeing what he recommends whenever I go there!

It's been a while since I've actually come in for a book. They held it for me and had it when I got there. Awesome service.

Very big store they have tons of books from every style book to every genre even some comic books .. they also sell odd an ends stuff coffee mugs pillows an some board games have to say I was kinda blown away never been inside a chapters before but I'll be back in the future.. look forward to spending some money in there :)

A very nice little book shop with a great selection!

I've always loved this chapters. I've shopped here both by myself for years and now with my children. However the transparency of this franchise is really questionable. Today I took my 10 year old daughter into the store for the first time in over a year since she's been in the hospital with a stroke. I wanted to use my points I've accumulated on her. I was told if I don't have ID I can't use my points. ?? I can tell you I've always just used my phone number linked to my card and I've never had any issue. It's my phone number that only I know as well as my full name and address. Who would guess all of those things together? So I go online to try and use my points instead and the website is down because apparently it's been hacked. I look in my emails and in my promotions box is an email from indigo/chapters stating they've been hacked but everyone's personal information is safe. Obviously that's not true because now you need ID to use your points on your card. Why would I need to do that if my personal information wasn't at risk from this hack? Truth always wins. Had I known this was a problem I would have brought my physical card into the store. This makes me question whether I should even have an account and shop at chapters anymore.

Probably the coolest book store ever. They let us bring our puppy into their store and let him socialize with the staff and customers. The staff was very helpful too and very patient as well. There is a lot of parking and everything is easy to access. There is a Starbucks at the location but we avoided it because we had our puppy. I gave them 5 stars because of the staff and we will always come back.
