I have been a customer Storagemart-O’Connor location for 2 years. The 2 staff members that I interacted with is always pleasant and helpful. Thank you Muskaan and Ash for your understanding and support. You guys are amazing.

Excellent customer service, the staff is awesome and super helpful. The storage lockers are clean and the rental costs are reasonable.

I rented one of the smaller units and the size and price was reasonable. I felt safe going in after office hours if needed and always found hallways clean. Highly recommend!

the staff at o' connor location are very friendly and helpful. this is a post for management. having customers pay by plastic and not cash is going backwards. you need to give customers all the possible options of making payments.

I have been attending this site for many years and have found the management to be highly friendly and professional. Ash and Muskaan are always available if I have questions.

The staff and the facility are great. The downside and problem is that the washroom is always locked and can not be used or accessed after office hours after 6pm during the week and after 5pm on Saturdays. Sunday's and Holiday's don't even think about it. So if you need a washroom after hours, you need to either walk or drive up the street to Tim Horton's, and that's even if you can make it up their in time. Sometimes, you will have to make up a make shift toilet to use, then throw the bag and / or bottles in the garbage after you are done. Everyone else should not be penalized all because one person decided not to clean up after themselves, God knows how many months or years ago. No one should not be allowed access to a washroom when needed. A washroom should always be accessible for people to use, even when the office is closed for the day. When the washrooms are kept open, I will change my rating to 5 stars.

We used a very large locker for over 1 year during a renovation. Ash and Muskaan were a great help and available as needed for practical and billing help. Ash helped properly estimate the size we needed as well as provide different options to fit our budget and needs. The facility feels secure, bright inside, heated and priced well (I found it the best balance of location vs. price/sqfoot for us). It is surprisingly a very convenient location for central, east-end or Scarborough storage needs when you look at the major routes surrounding. Go visit them - I immediately felt comfortable moving my things there after a prolonged search north and south throughout the east end.
