I can now breathe a sigh of RELIEF. Thank you Jeff.When I first heard the strange sound in my kitchen vent (above my microwave), I wasn't sure what the sound was, and then I saw a bird fly out of the opening outside. After 2 weeks and the constant noise, I finally went online and found Vity and Country Pest Control number. It was a Friday. Even though I wish someone could come out that evening (or the next day), I loved (and respected) what I heard we'll be out on Tuesday after the holiday Monday

Thank You Horacio , as cute as raccoons are, if a Mama Raccoon lives with her babies in your attic it isn't that cute.Horacio removed Mama- raccoon humanly and once she was secure in a cage he got the babies out too. Which was not an easy task as the raccoon made her nest between floors of our backsplit attic. While Horacio went on the roof to block and fix all possible entries, he made sure the very little babies are kept warm in a box and ask if I could add a couple of rags so they are comfy. Horacio assured me that raccoons are very resourceful and releasing them in a (far away :) big ravine will cause them no harm and they'll have good survival chances.Horacio is a kind professional, has a great sense of humor and gets a difficult job done.Again , Thank youkind regards

The service was performed in my home The service was very professionally performed. The inspection was very thorough for all areas of the house. Horacio, operations manager was very friendly and on time for the appointment. He was also very respectful for the cleaningness of all work areas during and after the application of the treatment.

Horacio came to deal with squirrels at our place and was highly efficient in removing them and installing a wired barrier to prevent them from nesting in the chimney. So impressed with the overall service and being able to book the job the day after we called the company.

Horacio found that the racoon was gone but he made the shed safe so that no more racoons could enter. He was very personable and professional and I would use this service again.
