Shabri properties limited is a SlumLord dressed up in a well affluent neighbourhoods. 3 years of unfinished trade work yet they put a lean on my neighbors home when she a single mother was one month behind on a condo payment. After a $400/month raise in price without any explanation to any of the tennents. 40% of the neighbourhoods drive ways were cut up to add irrigation without re-paving. Paid the water bill for 93 days in a row without it working. Left over dead trees in the entrance of the neighborhood for going on over a year now. Promised family friendly homes that can't fit a mini van in the garage. $100/month for 6 parking spots With a letter saying Shabri is just trying to generate some revenue off the back of people not being able to park at their own homes all while adding a new rules if you park in visitor parking over night you will wake up to find your car was towed.50+ reviews with a 1.9 average says it all. Infact if you work for Shabri and are reading this you should feel deeply ashamed of yourself. There's no amount of money that would allow me to treat people this way. Greedy greedy people the lot of you.

If I could give them zero stars it would be shown, horrible management, condo fees are high and they never uphold to the fees, zero lawn maintenance, zero snow removal, 50.00 a month for an extra parking space, which anyone can steal! We pay for snow removal and they never show, only when it's 10 degrees out and no snow you can find the company they hired salting no reason for that to happen. Just don't deal with this property management company. Horrible experiences.

Shabri Properties Ltd. has not paid our lawn maintenance company and the condo owners are now left with unkept property & grass/weeds over 2 feet tall. Numerous emails & voice messages have been left with the President of the company regarding lack of lawn care & property safety concerns. All have been ignored.

Worst company ever their fence fell over into our property and they do not return any phone calls nor do they repair it

Terrible communication from this company. Apparently only one person there can help us there and when they’re off work there’s no one else to contact. Assistants to the person off has no clue what’s going on, complete lack of training and a complete lack of willingness to learn the job. This isn’t rocket science but they seem to make that the case.The company doing snow removal for them crashed into and ruined stuff on out property such as trees and lights. Cigarette butts are everywhere from the person smoking while doing snow removal and lastly they dumped and built a 10 foot mountain beside my house instead of evenly distributing the snow.

Had yet again another unprofessional pathetic interaction with this company. This time with Patricia in accounts receivable. These people lack customer service skills. These people lack the capacity to properly handle business and shouldn't even be operating. I already have a lawsuit against them for failing to salt and treat during the winter months. It's been 6 years of garbage. What's the point of owning a home when you still have to answer to a condo corporation who doesn't know how to do their jobs and doesn't handle resident issues properly.... Don't walk, RUN away from purchasing anywhere shabri manages.

Absolutely awful condo company that truly doesn’t care about the people who live in the communities. Dead pine trees that have been strewn on the lawns for a year now, still waiting to be planted. 40+ pieces of rebar sticking 2 feet out of the ground for a year now due to an abandoned retaining wall job that was never finished. Garbage winter maintenance. I slipped and fell on ice on ythe sidewalk while I was pregnant in the winter, and only then did they send someone out to salt it. And all they care about is that the people who live here don’t park in the parking lot, trying to impose a $100/month fee to park at our own townhouses. Halfway through June and our sprinkler system still hasn’t been turned on yet, though I’m paying for water. On top of that, terrible communication, no knowledge of bylaw rules so they try imposing rules that they say are bylaw, until bylaw straightens them out, literally has no idea what’s going on with the builder. Just awful. I would discourage anybody from purchasing a property managed by this careless, selfish company. Zero stars if I could.

Waste of time. Scammers with an office. Takes money but never delivers the services

I'm surprised to see all the bad reviews. I live with shabri properties for a few years now. My building is clean . Management has always been kind , understanding and helpful with me . The building is well maintained and I'm greatful to have a safe clean and quiet home .

Stay away from these guys. They take the payment every month but they never work. Waste of money and waste of time. You need to keep calling them to get the work done. If they pickup the phone you are lucky. We (West Oak estates) decided to cancel their services soon.
