Never experienced such a rude and nasty women on the phone in my life. Tried to charge more money for a window that was smaller than one we had just replaced. Then once I questioned the price she got made and hung up the phone.The installers were very nice and great guys but it seems that management has issues.

I would not recommend Green Superior Glass . I ordered replacement window glass in March 2021 and spent the last five months (unsuccessfully) trying to get this installed. I called every couple of weeks to enquire about my installation. Each time I repeated the details and was assured that someone would call me back. I only received one call back… and that person asked me to repeat the details again, telling me that someone (else) would get back to me. The installation was scheduled once about two months ago but they didn’t show up. After five months, I gave up and called to confirm that they hadn’t charged me anything, intending to ask for a refund if needed. Following a brief conversation where the person couldn’t tell me definitively that I hadn’t been charged, they offered to try to have the windows installed that day. I had no confidence that would happen and told them I didn’t want the windows, restating that I wanted to confirm they hadn’t/wouldn’t charge me anything. Their response – a hang up. I have patience for businesses experiencing delays and staff shortages due to COVID which is why I let this drag on for so long. I don’t have patience for terrible customer service and poor record keeping. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

Great recommendation to Green's came from Royal Lepage Krishan Nathan. I felt this three-generation family business was first class service oriented, starting with Ruth answering the phone, followed up with a prompt service call (Taylor and Dwight) to measure, followed again a few hours later with a quote from Dale. Reasonable quote compared to previous work .... timely installation, and a quick installation.You're simply the best, better than the rest .....in my experience.

This is a good place to get ur Glass cut, for the money that it should be, they doesn't jack up the price, just because of CONVID-19. Most places that I know, they would jack up, n the reason for that because of CONVID-19. They saying that they need to get from over the border or something BS, but this place is honest with their clients, n on top of it, if u pay in cash, n doesn't pay extra. I'm Asian, we always using cash to get everything, except on line order. Anyway it up to u.
