Duo Pâtisserie & Café

Cafe offers fresh cakes, pastries and danishes. Abit pricey but worth the price. On this visit, bought some pastries and it did not disappoint. Very flaky in texture and rich buttery in flavour. Will definitely visit again.

We usually came by and buy/run! This is the first time that we sit in the cafe dine in. The pastries are very nice! If they can provide warm up service, it would be even better. The “8” is very crispy and nice egg custard.

A higher price point for your typical (birthday) cakes but it'll surely impress your guests! Really interesting combination of flavors and textures that you won't commonly find elsewhere. All cakes so far have been fresh.

Very fresh and delicious French baked goods. Slightly on the pricey side and always very busy so expect a bit of a line to order things. Not the best spot for sitting down and enjoying some pastry or coffee as the place is too small and with the door opening too often can be very cold.

Such a cute patisserie. Came here on a whim and was definitely not expecting the line right at opening. I get why tho, this place is super cute!! I loved their sweets and their earl grey options were just soooo gooddd!!! Definitely coming back!!

Pricey, but good pastries and cakes.We tried a bunch of their miniature cakes, they were $8.95 each. All of them were very delicate and not overly sweet which I liked. I would say it’s on the higher price range but everything seems good quality.I went in at 5pm on a Thursday and the display case was pretty much emptied.Curious about their baguette and chocolates, will need to try that next time.

My brother bought these cakes for me…Wonderful cake! Actually, I don’t like the cake because most of them are too sweet but this cake is so lovely. Not very sweet filled with rich fruit, the taste is great!

Went on a Sunday afternoon after eating lunch at Congee Queen nearby. It's been years since I've had Duo, so I wanted to try it again since we were in the area. When we got in there were about 3 people ahead of us so we took our time to figure out what we wanted. Everything looked amazing. I got the banana hazelnut tart looking thing, an almond croissant, and a mango choux puff. The banana and mango choux were delicious but the almond croissant was disappointing for me. Tiny bit of almond paste and I've had a lot better almond croissants. But I'd come back to try more items if I'm in the area again. The drinks also looked good and they had nice small round tables for seating but seating space is limited. There's also a washroom at the back.

Everything in here seems to be artwork! And everything they make seems to taste 500 times better than anywhere else!Their croissants are hands down the best in town. Cakes are OMG jaw dropping decadent. Always a pleasure to visit Duo. I've tried most of their pastries and haven't been disappointed by any. my favourites are the citrus brioche, roast beef croissant and chestnut tart. Their desserts are also great. everything has the balanced sweetness that East Asian palates typically appreciate.
