I have been a client at Money Mart for the past two years. After everything they've done for me, the least I can do is post an accurate and honest review.First off, let me correct the popular perception about Money Mart: this is a reputable organization dedicated to helping those in need of financial assistance under the purview of the Payday Loans Act of 2008. They have always been willing to work with me to improve my situation, and in doing so have helped me improve my own sense of fiscal responsibility. I have never experienced any harassment from this company, even when a payment was missed or my own monetary mismanagement caught up with me. In fact, their customer service agents over telephone have been some of the most understanding and compassionate employees with whom I've ever interacted.Today, I am proud to say that my credit score has increased by 100 points thanks almost-entirely to Money Mart. AJ has been my regular teller for these past two years, and has often taken the time to help me understand my situation and which of their services could help me the most. I am proud to be a client of this company, and will continue to be so whenever the need arises.Great thanks to everyone who has helped me stay on top of my situation; I hope this review can help anyone looking for help to consider this alternative.And no, I wasn't paid by MM to write this review (though I did receive money from them ;P)

I live in Windsor but was in Ottawa visiting my family for a couple days when I came into this location. The customer service here was by far the best I have experienced in any business period and I’ve worked in customer service for 11 years. I felt like I was given a warm welcome and they were incredibly kind and efficient. I don’t normally write reviews about places but I was actually blown away by the service so I had to say something!

I have been using them for over 10 years, Alex has been always amazing professional and had helping throughout every product and service they provide. I do not use any other location in the city. To me this location is the very best. Highly recommended.

out of all the MM's in Ottawa, This location has the friendliest staff. And you are never left waiting for hours while they chat or take breaks. These guys are the best .
