I was not as lucky as the others here. After 2 or 3 years my door looks horrible. All of the stain flaked off. The man I bought from retired. I emailed Mastergrain to get a recommendation of someone that can fix it and they didn't reply to me.

We LOVE our mastergrain door! We wanted a timeless and classic statement for our entryway, but with the functionality of a modern front door! We are so impressed with the quality of this gorgeous fibreglass door; with tons of colour tones to choose from, ultimately the oak door in stain colour ‘cashew’ was the winner for us and it is the perfect addition to our dream home!

Next month will be one year since we placed our order for a front door with Master Grain and we have YET to receive it. It has been an absolute nightmare getting ahold of anyone from the team for simple updates and the truth on the status of our door. Truly the most disappointing and worst customer service we’ve ever had to deal with. Simply at a loss for words at this point.. steer clear !

We approved a design and ordered a door thru a distributor well over a year ago. They waited a year to tell us that it wont quite fit as they originally designed and they would need to adjust a bit. We waited and waited for the new design and now the distributor says mastergrain isnt responded and they have detrrmined that mastergrain doesnt want to live up to the commitment. Mastergrain has some big issues with delivering like they used to. I would avoid until they get theor act together. What a waste of our time.
