The store is in general very clean and organized. I consider myself a current and frequent client. The attention, service level and kindness of the employees are very good. The today’s cashier, Theresa is always polite and cooperative. Thanks.

I have been a long time supporter of this location as teen challenge has helped friends of mine in the past and is a good program as far as I understand, however recently this location has been taking items they deem as higher end and dramatically over pricing them even by boutique thrift standards - today i brought items to the cash register and was told that Rudy had go charge me MORE than the price tag because the items had been mislabelled by staff. I understand they need to make as much money as possible to help fund their programs but I find I frequent this shop less often lately thanks to experiences like this

If u think there prices are good than u havnt been to a goodwill. $50 for an end table that I just paid $8 for at goodwill. It's not a store for low income people. Staff is rude and not helpful. Won't b back

The prices on some of their items are absolutely ridiculous. Higher than retail. For example, if they are asking $300.00 for an oil painting, it must be substantiated with appraisal from a trained specialist. It does not match the criteria for a thrift store"."

Friendly staff and friendlier prices. Lots of interesting things that you don't really need but should have/ get because they're fun and you're supporting a good cause. Go forth and spend my friends.

I recently found out about the teen challenge thrift store, I now don’t like going to other thrift stores! Amazing selection, great quality of the items for sale, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the manager was also very helpful and great with my whiney kids

Used to be good but as others have said, they are now way overpriced on some items. The overpriced items will even sit there for months without a price adjustment. You're not a retail store, you're a thrift store!

WHEN TEEN CHALLANGE OPENED IN CANADA ! I WATCHED 4 FRIENDS GRADUATE THROUGH THE PROGRAM THAT WAS IMPLEMTED FROM THE START...EVERY STRUGGLIMG PERSON I HAVE COME ACROSS I ALWAYS RECOMMENDED TEEN challenge and helped them get in.... after the last man I helped get into TEEN CHALLANGE I'll never suggestions them again. What once was a God fearing program has turned into a money grab. My heart breaks knowing what happened to such a beautiful recovery program
