I took it on faith that when their outgoing phone message SPECIFICALLY said they were available at certain times to do pickups that they would be there. They not only weren't there, they didn't return my call, and I had to be the one to inform the company delivering to them that K9 was no longer receiving deliveries on their behalf. Yet K9 accepted the order that was delivered there for me because the tracking information went right to their door, and I was automatically notified that it was there when delivery was accepted. I called AGAIN to confirm the pickup times before I set out, their outgoing message still said that they were accepting pickups on Saturdays from 10 to 5, the delivering company's site still said they were in business with K9, so I drove all the way into Peterborough, and there they WEREN'T.
