Walmart Photo Centre

Recently I visited Walmart Photo dept at Walmart in Goderich I have to mention the staff were very helpful and patient with myself as well as any other customers in the Photo Deptartment.Unfortunately the time I visited the photo shop on a couple occasions was when the staff were on break or dinner break and there was no staff member in the Photo Shop area when I arrived and started to do my scanning of photos etc. There was a sign on the desk to advise customers to contact the Customer Service for assistance.I had to contact Customer Service 4 different times I am sure the staff member thought not again but they were all very pleasant and tried to assist and sort out the issue.The one thing I found out though unless there is someone there to assist do not try to scan photos from both the Rapid Scanner and the regular drawer scanner on the same order, it does not work out well for the customer. I had to rescan all of the pictures again - it just happened to be a very large amount of pictures over 350 so it was time consuming.The staff member who came to my rescue each time that day was very patient and helpful and did advise if there is not a staff member in the Photo Shop then do the scanning on 2 orders. I am not sure if I had done that if I would have had to pay for 2 CDs but the time I wasted of my own and the store staff it would have been worth paying for the two orders.I have had nothing to say about good comments to say about the staff in the Photo Dept . I have been treated with upmost respect and good customer service in the past.Most recently my experience at the Walmart store in Goderich, Photo Department staff were very customer oriented, friendly and pleasant when helping out. I have nothing but good comments to say about the staff, I certainly recommend getting your photos done from Walmart.I now have conquered ordering my photos online and it has worked better so far. I still go into the store to pick them up but fortunately I won’t have to keep bothering the staff.
