If customer has coupons why staff able say we no longer take coupons even if they not expire till mid Aug of 2023.That very rude.I normally support all a& w for over 30 yrs to have staff talk to me like that.Trust I going on there head quarters and Tell them about this as well.

Went to order foood through drive thru on august 7 around 4:30PM waited for more than 20 minutes after payment and got dried(no gravy) poutine.time after time this place is beyond slow and worse.

Absolutely fantastic service, team members and manager were super friendly. The restaurant was clean and tidy and food was fresh. Highly recommend!

Clean, with friendly staff. Lots of parking. The teen burgers are on sale, 3.99. Hell of a deal. If they were priced like this all the time I would eat more.

Every time we have tried this place, the service is so slow. The last time we went, from the time we got trapped in the drive through to when we drove away was close to an hour. They put very little bacon on the breakfast sandwich. It looked like a single piece of bacon broken in half. Their food tastes good other than the sad bacon, but for A&W prices and the long wait times, you are better off going to a sit down restaurant.

Had an all canadian breakfast and a bacon &egger. Food was good but did not receive utensils, jam or peanut butter nor napkins. Please check customer has all that is needed to enjoy their meal.
