I found this place for my daughter and I am very grateful to them. They had the part on hand and they were quick and efficient. Best part is, they were affordable. They didn't try to take advantage of a young woman or upsell her. She now has a new shop for her car and as a mom, I am grateful. Thank you Sullivan Motors.

We were in Surrey for medical tests, stressful enough at best. Our car died in a mall parking lot shortly before 5.00. After frantically phoning 3 car repair places, who could not help us, a kind passersby recommend SullivanMotors. Biggest rip off shop I have been to.. outrageous quotes for simple fixes...AVOID also the reception lady isn't friendly at all.

My wife and I have been coming to Army's shop for the last three years and have always been very satisfied with the professionalism and customer service of the team. They are very knowledgeable and give you different options when it comes to solve a problem. A couple of times when we were in a hurry, they tried their best for doing things quickly, something we particularly appreciated. Prices are reasonable for a well done job. I do recommend this place.

I was referred to Sullivan Motors by one of my workmates and I would definitely go to them again. They were pretty up front and honest with the work that was needed to be done on my car. All in all, very pleased. Thanks to Kayla too (the gal who answers the phone)! Excellent customer service by her. Very friendly and easy to talk to. I gave Sullivan Motors 5 stars!

I took my car here after going to the peace arch Toyota dealership for years after some shady practices..Sullivan Motors saved me 7,000$ and gave me service i can trust to be done correctly and not lied about. If you want a trustworthy place come to Sullivan Motors they wont give you the run around or make up problems. I 100% will be coming to them all the time now.

Best Repair site, hands down! From the moment you walk into the door everyone is friendly, authentic and honest. Staff is exceptional at fixing my car, diagnosing the problem and making sure everything was fixed without any delay! They runs an amazing shop, and handled my vehicle with such precision. It was in pristine condition when we picked it up, driving smooth and good as brand new! They have Top quality, cleanly environment, high accuracy and superior service! Definitely a 10/10! Our family has used this company for several years. I have had 3 different vehicles serviced here and have always been very satisfied with the service performed and reasonable costs.
