Coming here post pandemic and the service has really improved. The staff are friendly and quick.Andrea was fantastic!Kids eat free on Thursdays is a nice bonus!

Food was good, about average. Chicken could have been crispier, coffee was too strong but again it was good.Staff wasn't overly friendly. Don't think I'd return.

The food was what you would expect for Swiss Chalet! This restaurant was very clean and the servers were very sweet! The food was nothing special, but it was nice to have a classic nostalgic meal :)

Johanna at Swiss Chalet is an exceptional server. Her knowledge of the menu, attentiveness to detail, and warm demeanor made my dining experience truly enjoyable. She provided excellent recommendations and ensured that my needs were met throughout the meal. Johanna's efficient service and positive energy added to the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. I highly recommend requesting Johanna as your server at Swiss Chalet for a fantastic dining experience.

Anna our server is so courteous, polite and accommodating. Always a smile when asking how we are doing. Fast service and clean. I would dine here at all times when I'm in the area. Always great food.

Awesome family dine in. Love your quarter chicken, nothing can beat it. On top of that’s it’s halal. Customer service is awesome, but specially Andrea has always been great. You need more staff like her.

This was a fantastic experience! Andrea was a terrific server. She was knowledgeable, quick and efficient with great worth ethic. Food was amazing, nice and hot with great flavor. Wish Andrea and the restaurant a successful career! Will definitely be coming back.

I've been dining and ordering take-outs here for years and really appreciate the great service they offer. The staff are really friendly. It used to be Ana (server) who would serve me and now Andrea- did such a fabulous job. She is very patience with kids and families. Food is excellent as always.Atmosphere is very spacious- plenty of space for big party and it is connected to Harvey's. Restaurant have lots of extra parking space also.The only concern I would like their staff to address is to maintain their bathroom's cleanliness (perhaps track a record to check every 30 min or so) ;)
