I was SO impressed with my first visit - Julia is kind, attentive, and truly respects the body as a whole system. She made me feel comfortable right away and through-out the session by keeping me informed, and checking in. As someone who is often overly tight, this is the first time I have felt the benefits of massage without feeling wrecked after. I highly recommend this wonderful woman!

Julia is an excellent RMT! She is very attentive and has helped me de-stress like no other RMT. I honestly leave her appointments feeling a little drowsy from being so relaxed. 10/10 would recommend!

Julia did an amazing job on a recent shoulder injury from mountain biking. She was very knowledgeable and explained what she noticed. Her skills soothes so much of the pain I was experiencing and I noticed a significant increase in range of motion the next day. Would definitely recommend Julia to anyone. Thanks!

Julia is an amazing RMT, definitely one of the best and most effective massages I have ever received ! Julia is very knowledgeable, thorough and intuitive. She has the ability to do deep effective work while leaving you feeling nourished and completely relaxed. Will go back !

I have been seeing Julia for about one year and am very happy with the massages I have gotten. She is very respectful and always has a smile.Julia takes her time to talk to you about your concerns and always follows up on your next visit. She will offer suggestions for stretching and exercises to help with your ailments and will get down on the floor to demonstrate !I always leave feeling very relaxed and have a better sleep. I highly recommend Julia.

Without a doubt the best RMT I've ever dealt with. You can really get a sense of her extensive knowledge of the body, and she's such a great communicator! You can tell she really cares. Exactly what you want in an RMT - highly recommend!
