Honestly this place is great..Had my son's 3 year old birthday party and it was so much fun! Games and toys for everyone even arcades. Customer service was great and staff very helpful. 5 stars for me!

I rented the Party Room for my kid's Bday celebration.Amazing experience! Lots of activities even in the basic package, it was fun all the way! The Bday kid was happy, the invitees were happy, their parents were happy, I was happy.Totally recommend!

We ordered a Mickey Mouse Animator from Fun Party and she was amazing!She was so fun, engaged with the kids, flexible and professional!Kids and adults had a blast!

Communication was amazing and they were even able to change the date without any extra charges , the place is nice , clean , big and full equipped for a birthday party , their decorations were super cute and the Mickey Mouse show was super fun, face fantasy make up did not disappointed and I’m totally ready to hire their services one more time .

Worst customer experience ever. The clerk doesn't listen. She just wants to get the transaction over with, get paid and get you out the door. The equipment rented stopped working after a few minutes. The clerk upon return, same as at the time of rental, was completely closed to any type of discussion. She did not want to hear anything I had to say. She simply brushed me off basically calling me a liar. By far the worst customer experience I've ever encountered. I do not recommend at all.

I celebrated my daughter's 2nd birthday at Fun Party and it was amazing! The children had lots of fun. Everything was perfect: the decoration, the service, the inflatable games, the lego, etc. Thank you very much for your service. You have a very nice team!

I ordered a bouncy castle with a hose to spray water. They said all parts were working when I picked it up. We went to set it up at home and the hose has been duct taped up and leaking water therefore the water was not working in the inflatable. We had to cut the hose and super glue to fix it during the party. When I spoke with customer service and provided pictures and requested a discount I was given $10 and was told I should have called them and they would have brought a new one (despite them being closed on a Saturday and over an hour away).

I would never recommend this place to nobody. Booked a make up for a birthday party, got called 2 days before to move the time which I refused since it was too tight for the guest to be all present. Then another call same day because they wanted to accommodate someone else’s party, so I had to move my time that I reserved in advance and payed in full. End up cancelling because they wouldn’t respect the contrat that was signed. Asked for a full refund, I was told by the rep on the phone that she couldn’t do it because she didn’t had the equipment to process a refund. She said she will do it the next day. Had to call and message the next day to confirm the cancellation and refund since no communication was send from them to confirm the cancellation and refund. Was told they will send the request to their accounting, why wasn’t that done yesterday when your company agreed on cancellation and refund. What a waste of time and ressources. I would never deal with your company never again. If I could put 0 star I would!

FunParty offers excellent customer service. Their employees are very courteous and prompt with their replies. I placed my order online and received a response within an hour. The set up was done during the night and my mom was beyond surprised when she woke up and saw the signs! FunParty also accommodated my requests and added my mom's favourite items- books, flamingoes and cake! Thank you!

We had a great experience. Staff was very helpful and sympathique. We hosted a kid bday and the room was great, clean with many amenities for 2 and 4 yo. My only feedback to improve is the time allocated for the event in the package: 2 hours 30 is not enought, I believe 3 hours would be more realisticand then people can add 30 minutes or more to their packages after. Thank you
