Absolutely amazing!!! They knew what they were doing and helped me find what I was looking for!!!! Overall it's a really great store!!!!

Did like it went in said just browsing and keep getting told the wear is for the dancers keep saying in really creepy asking lots of questions really wasn't looking for the help just made it feel awkward for no reason not good business practices

I went in to Fantasy Costumes for the first time the other day to buy tights and tap shoes for my daughter's tap class. Taylor greeted us and assisted us the whole time. Taylor was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We got what we needed at a reasonable price and were out the door in 10 minutes. Great experience.

Always helpful and pleasant. Great selection and frequently there's discounts. Even full price items are competitively priced.

As a first time tap parent, I came here for my daughters shoes. I waited in line for over half an hour for my turn to have a sales lady help me. It was busy and I was totally fine waiting like everyone else. I showed her my request from the dance instructor for tap shoes, she compared it to their book of dance studios and then went to the back to grab sizes. She tried them on my daughter and found the right size. I paid and left. 3 dance classes in and I am told she has the wrong shoes. THEY ARE CHARACTER SHOES, not even tap shoes. Called the store to see what they could do or if they had any suggestions. The employee I spoke to was very nice and took down my info to speak to the owner and call me back. The owner can’t do anything (even though the shoes are basically brand new) and couldn’t even call and speak to me herself. This was an opportunity to gain a life long customer or a life long boycott. I will never be back and I really encourage any newbies to know exactly what you need. Don’t trust the specialized store knows any more than you do. Lesson learned

I've been to this store several times now, and the experience is always the same - the old woman is extremely rude and pushy! She won't help you until she knows where you dance. Then she will proceed to tell you what you need to buy, and argue to the death if you're interested in anything else that's not on her list. You can only buy what dance gear she tells you is for your studio. To top it off she never has anything that we need from the list in stock, and proceeds to reprimand me for shopping at the wrong time. The prices here are high, the customer service is bad, so it's worth it to travel or order online rather than buy from June's!

Full disclosure, I am not one to write reviews; however, in this specific situation. I feel like it’s fully warranted.I purchased over $180 worth of dance items (ballet) for my four year old daughter on JAN.08.2022. Due to my little wanting to engage in a different sort of dance other than ballet, I was left with approx $140 worth of unworn, unwrapped merchandise. With original recent in hand and all items with tags, I tried to return items on FEB.02.2022. I was told that store policy is 10 days and unfortunately I would need to speak with June. After three attempts to reconnect, I finally spoke with June. There was no exceptions, there was no understanding from her perspective that I was a single mom of two that had approx $140 worth of merchandise that was essentially useless to me. Instead she suggested posting a note at our local dance studio “because someone will eventually scoop them up”. As someone with a Business Degree and has worked customer services in years past, what type of services is this? Also, there was no exchange policy on the receipt, so I assumed it was a 30 day policy, well I assumed wrong. Again, as I mentioned in the beginning; normally I never write reviews but when the owner of a business states, “people like you are reasons why small businesses are closing”, I beg to differ. It’s when the customer is made to feel so unbelievably disrespected, this is when box store policies trump shopping local connivence.

Found some really sweet deals here for Halloween and tickle trunk items. The staff was super helpful and very kind
