Excellent customer service! Pricing is very reasonable. The owner is super friendly, and was very efficient. I didn't expect to stumble upon a shop like this. I would definitely recommend this store.

Took a Tissot PRC 200 to Hudson's Bay, they said they have to send it in and it costs $55. Took it to Lugaro, they said they have to send it in and it costs $45. Took it to this guy he does it in like a minute in front of you and charges $15.I've had a few done by him now and it lasts around 2 years. Not his fault, the Tissot just eats batteries. I used to take it to Sears back when Sears was around and it lasted about the same

Super affordable place to get your watch battery replaced. Been coming here for years. He's worked on my simple Swatch watch to my nicer Longines watch. Always very careful about not scratching your watch by placing scotch tape on the back. I appreciate the attention to detail.He charges the same price to install a new battery as the cost of a new watch battery at London Drugs!

It's a great shop for watch repair and battery replacement. The owner is polite and respectful. He is not fluent in English so some people might get irritated which is not the owner's fault anyway! Prices are very reasonable.

Had this guy service my Seiko SKX007, which is a workhorse and can usually stand up to abuse. I wore it in sparing rotation and it just stopped running after about 1.5 years. I took it back to him hoping he'd at least open it up and make an assessment. He instead just gives me attitude and asks for money first. Don't take your watch to this guy. The German Watchmaker in Yaletown is much more respected and he would still take the time to at least open your watch up to take a quick look. Don't trust your watch with this guy and his hack jobs.

Being one of the few remaining watch repair shops in the area, the cost of battery changes has understandably increased over the years. The owner is quick and to the point, so while there's little banter, he is capable of real repair work as he was able to quickly revive a previously thought non-repairable (elsewhere) birthday gift Seiko watch without issue while I wait. He gets the job done, so I have no complaints.
