Dr. Aaron Lindzon

We were looking for a pediatrician for our child and my husband found this pediatrician.This morning I called to ask them to be our son's pediatrician and I was really disappointed by the receptionist I talked to.I wanted to explain that my husband called them a few days ago and heard they were accepting new patients, and ask if they still were. When I hadn't done with explaining, the receptionist said we have so many patients so we don't remember what your husband discussed on the phone." I was not expecting that the receptionist remembered my hasband's call at all. I was just explaining how we heard they were accepting patients.And when I said I'm looking for a pediatrician for my son

Dr. Lindzon is great. Very straightforward and matter-of-fact. My only qualm is that the front desk is extremely difficult to get ahold of. I can't remember the last time I called and they actually picked up. I've almost always had to leave a voicemail message and wait for a call back. I really, really wish they'd set up an email address dedicated to appointment requests, and that reception was more readily available to triage patients' medical concerns. The current system seems highly inefficient and is frustrating for caregivers calling in on their kids' behalf.

Dr. Lindzon has been my kids’ pediatrician for years now. He’s the most punctual doctor I’ve seen! He will always see you on time. He pays attention to what matters to your kids health and all his diagnosis and treatment recommendations have been 100% accurate over the years. He will accommodate an emergency call or in person visit. His medical advice has always been on point. The only one thing I wished his office offered is easier and guaranteed access to appointment booking at first attempt. It takes always a couple of calls to book. It’s understandable as office admins can be busy. With today’s access to technology parents would benefit from convenient online booking or sending appointment requests via email.

It's great to have a pediatrician these days! Dr.Lindzon is very experienced and knowledgeable. He gets straight to the point and is purposeful. I want a good doctor, not a good friend so I don't mind his approach. He is polite and listens well, but does not like tardiness. Only downfall is parking, which is a mission uptown.

I’ve had 3 doctors over the course of nearly 4 years, the first I was unhappy with, the second I did like but unfortunately retired shortly after we started seeing him, I was transferred to Dr. Lindzon from his office. Hands down Dr. Lindzon has been probably not only the best pediatrician but maybe the best doctor I’ve ever dealt with generally. He always listens and is very respectful, never dismissive like many doctors tend to be with us moms. He took my developmental concerns with my daughter very seriously and ultimately was able to help us get an autism diagnosis, he also was able to catch a bad UTI in my 3 month old that multiple walk in clinic doctors dismissed. The appointments never feel rushed and he never makes you feel bad for asking questions. Thank you for the great care!

Very pleased with Dr. Lindzon as my children's Pediatrician.Very punctual, attentive and straight to the point. I can always get an appointment quickly if needed, which is a huge peace of mind.Office staff are also very pleasant.

Very good pediatrician and efficient. The best part he has respect for his patients time. The expectations are clear arrive early and expect to be seen at your appointment time. To those who are upset at him not seeing people who are 10 mins late you must understand that if he sees you then he will be 10 mins late for the next person and so on and so on. The front desk staff have always been polite and responsive to my voicemails.

Excellent doctor!To the people leaving poor ratings: Doctors speak matter-of-factly, I personally love this way of communication. Remember he’s a doctor, judge based on his knowledge of child and youth health.

I don’t understand bad review with the story that they had to wait because they were 10 minutes late. I have felt the staffs and the doctor in the office are very punctual and fair in terms of time. Be punctual patient and they will never disappoint you.

My kids have been both frequent fliers" (3x in a week) and 1x per year patients and here is what I love:1. Punclutality (we have never ever waited for our visit)2. Same day visits - a few times the kids broke out in a rash
