Daryl installed 2 ground level sand areas at the child care Centre I operate. He was quick, professional and they turned out great!

When it comes to grading property, I am more than dissatisfied with the results I received from Grand Landscapes. I hired them to deliver clean fill and level my backyard in hopes to build a hockey rink for my children this upcoming winter. I asked Daryl to raise the backend of my yard up three inches in order to level it out.I arrived at my home to meet Daryl the day he started. I spoke with him explaining that I was not satisfied with his job he did. He attempted to fix what we spoke about, however, he ended the day leaving my backyard incomplete. He left a 3-inch valley going to my shed door where water would drain to my shed door. He also left an 11” difference in height from a level portion of my property 96” away from my shed where water would drain to my shed. He also left a more then 11” difference in height on another side of my property 144” away from my side fence. When I asked Daryl to fix it he said he's truly sorry but just can’t eat any more cost on fixing it. I offered to split the cost 50/50, but that was not enough to change his mind. Below are the pictures of how he left my property. I would not recommend Daryl from Grand Landscapes for any grading projects.
