Left hungry not enough food for the price, which went up since our last visit. Service very poor unless you know the owner or manager. expect poor service had better experience at other chucks locations will not be returning.

Waitress was probably new. Everything was not in the correct order and we got drinks only once and then we were forgotten about. I never got my beer that I ordered. We finally got the attention of a different waitress and told her what was going on and she took our table and became our new waitress. She seemed more on the ball but even this one forgot to get us things we asked for. She tried to make things right by giving us free dessert. That was nice so we tipped her. I'd go back again because the food and atmosphere were great. Hopefully next time we will get better service.

Ordered take-out at 7:45pm on my drive home from Windsor for my husband and I. Was invited to sit at a table by the polite server for the couple minutes that I waited once I arrived. Good to see the restaurant & bar was busy on a Saturday night. Leafs were playing on the big screen tv's. Our 2 bacon cheese burgers with fries & onion rings were delicious! Going to order carrot cake for dessert next time.

My husband and I both loved our meals!We were really impressed by our server Chanel. She was genuinely nice, well spoken and very helpful when I raised my gluten sensitivity concerns, we definitely suggest requesting her!

Featured is the spinach dip and the loaded cheese Fries. The service was great, food and drinks came out soo quick. Their patio is nice on a hot summer night. Lots of umbrellas for shade and the night life is always good here

How can you mess up a Ceasar Salad ?? Ask this restaurant ..lol. And, if the hand dryer in tha ladies room is broken ..maybe you should supply paper towels ?? More disgusted at this one than the one on Walker Rd. Very Sad !!

We gave gone to Chucks in Essex a few times. Had the best waitress. Her Dad named her after her mom's perfume. Bob the manager was on top of everything. Came around and talked to all the customers. Food is always great. Will be back again... and again.

We didn't get menus when we sat down for at least 10 mins, app was cold by the time we got more bread for it... 15 mins for more bread for the app, dinner was overcooked but ate it anyways as we waited way too long for it, baked potato was covered in salt it was not edible, we were there for almost 3 hours and left right after we ate, not sure we will be back
