SARCAN Recycling

I know counting cans and bottles isn't the most fun job, but at least try to be as accurate and honest as you can. The lady counting was counting cans in sets of 20, but she would throw 25 cans down the slide and would only write down 20. Based on SARCAN's reply to other reviews I know they are just going to say to ask for a video review, but it's not worth asking for a video review over $5 in cans. It would just he nice of they actually got it right (or at least close) the first time. Stop ripping off people who are doing the right thing by recycling and try actually giving them the full refund that they deserve. **this is not just this location, it is the entire company as a whole**

A bit pungent today but always get great, friendly, fast service!

A great recycling service and a clean centre. I always encounter polite workers, and the service is a lot quicker in this newer facility. There are lots of stations and the wait is never too long. The sorting and counting is usually smooth and accurate - I definitely find it quicker when I am proactive to remove bottle caps and sort my recycling in advance.

I made my way to the front of my line up and the counter working looked at me and walked away to relieve a different counter and nobody came to assist me for a good 5 minutes. Place was packed with roughly 3 customers to a line and all other lanes open. They even had two counters working one lane.

Always welcoming - I love coming to this Sarcan - even when it's busy, the staff always work fast. Every employee I have interacted with has been friendly and happy to have a conversation and answer questions. I can't express enough how much respect I have for the employees at this Sarcan location!

The woman at the cash out line up was pretty rude today. She didn’t give me a receipt so I went back and asked for it and she replied with a rude comment so I just left. They should offer receipts every time. Also, I brought in 7 full bags of bottles and all I got was $40.00. I don’t believe they were counted accurately. I’ve brought less bags for that amount in the past. I guess I have to start counting them.

Loud,smelly and the lines are long,But you can sign up so where you can drop off your bags and get E-transferred your money witch makes the experience 100% better

Nice new place was there Thursday around 10:00 not busy will be going back
