Good looking store that has a decent selection of sale and non-sale gear. The gentleman who I can assume is the manager is a great sales person who is super engaging and wants to help get you looked after. The other staff all seem to know whats going on in terms of promotions, but lack the ability to engage and truly up sell.My girlfriend and I came in just to look and because of the manager left with 5 items. Overall good experience, that is a few steps away from being great. We will be back.

A huge selection on both top line and discounted products. Women selection and baby selection are far more selection than man selection. Discounted products are really great deal.

Not much choices here, can't compare with the old shop at Boundary!!

The team here was awesome! The store is big and organized well to allow for easy social distancing. Didn't catch the name of the friendly gentleman with glasses that helped us, but he was very personable and had a lot of practical experience with the clothing, and was able to recommend products that were comfortable and breathable, and also provide care instructions. He drew our attention to many small details about the clothing that we didn't notice that improved my perception of the quality and value. The team worked together to get both myself, but also the couple ahead of us who basically bought one of everything (lol!) to get run up and thru checkout as quickly as possible. Great team work!

I've been here twice in the last 12 months. The first time was in December 2018 and I think their selection was much better. However since it's a last chance store, they don't really control the items they get. You can't go in expecting brand new items for a discount. It's not an outlet store. They do sell new items though, so be aware of the price tag when grabbing things.My most recent trip there was in November 2019. The selection wasn't as great as before, but got new stock of shoes! Overall, the place is clean and bright. Parking is easy and staff is readily available to help.

Didn’t find what I was looking for, but the sales girl never made me feel rushed. Realized that they had been closed for a few minutes when I saw the other clerk closing out one of the tills but she told me to take my time…no hurry. I obviously left as I was the only person in the store, but that was very polite & sure doesn’t happen often these days.

New Roots discount store. Used to be in East Vancouver. New and spacey. Prices are not as low as expected.

Good selections for the graphic shirts. Love the fact that they have lots of the Paddles" from summer. Online shopping was easy and my order was ready for pick-up in 3 hours. Easily accessible by public transport."

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping space/environment is big and confortable. Price is not bad. Employees are basically nice and friendly, but not everyone. In addition, they will tell you the time every 5 minutes, 30 minutes before closing, which is very annoying! Fitting rooms available. Check out speed is fast. Credit cards accepted. Public restrooms available. Free parking lot available. HWY nearby. IKEA and many shopping options are nearby.
