I Picked up 3 Subs Friday night via an online order. I got home to find my sub was made with all the wrong toppings. It was the toppings that was ordered on one of the other subs.Being a half hour away from the sub shop, I did not return, but instead ate the Sub as it was. Not much choice.I decided to call the store. The person that actually made my sub talked to me. I explained to her that my sub had the incorrect toppings. The toppings on the bill were correct. The Sub was not.So she proceeded to say that she personally made it, and made it CORRECTLY... I responded to her that she did not, explaining what was incorrect. She again stated that she did not make the sub incorrectly. This repeated several times... with a smug attitude.She told me to bring back the Sub and they would remake it. I told her that I had ate it, because I did not have much of a choice, as I did not want an hour of travel, there and back, to correct their error. She then said there was nothing she can do. There was no 'Evidence'...She basically had called me a liar, telling me repeatedly that she did not make it incorrectly. Very unprofessional and just down right rude.And even with the wrong toppings, the sub was so small a 12 was not even filling. Constant disappointments with Subway..."

Anyone looking for Subway, it is not at this location on Grey Road 1. It is in Wiarton. Keep driving up two hills and when you get into Wiarton (Berford Street), turn right. It is immediately on your right hand side beside the variety store.

Food was good but the lady over there (name: JODY) was being very disrespectful and racist and because of this I don’t feel like visiting back here.

How is subway corporate even allowing this franchise? This place needs to be reported. Disgusting condition of the bread, veggies and meat. Counter is worst I have ever seen in any franchise location. And the staff is very disinterested in working here. This place needs better vigilance from the owner and the corporate.

Very busy place. Which means that food is amazing. I love their meatball sandwich with sweet sauce and Green Goddess, plus a vegetable.....mmmm finger licking good. I always buy and eat 2 foot long.

It was one of my worst experiences regarding service. We were 7 friends went there for sandwich. The lady server behavior was so rude and we felt recial hatred. Although the food was good but the service was so rude.

I was going to give 0 star but there was no option unless 1 star. The morning staff told that grill machine and toast machine is not working. They told there is no crispy onions, the staff was not ready to serve us properly and I have to go out without any breakfast meal.

It was the worst Subway I've ever had.I ordered four using the app without any tips.All four contain no meat at all, and the spicy taste was too strong.This place is really the worst. I ended up not eating this and all four took two bites and threw away all four. Don't ever go here.I am so angry.
