Super friendly and helpful Vet Hospital! My dog, Charlie, ate one of my kid's squishy toy this morning. Unfortunately, Charlie's Vet Clinic was not able to accommodate her today and suggested visiting a Vet Hospital instead. They were super helpful over the phone and asked me to bring Charlie in immediately. The Vet proceeded to induce vomiting and the squishy toy came out (thank god!). My experience was fantastic during pre and post procedure. The staff explained everything that would happened and provided the cost as well. Many thanks for today! =)

Dr. Boctor and his staff are the most caring people. They listen to you and your concerns. They seem to truly care about your pet. I received a lovely condolences card with the staffs messages and my sweet girls paw and nose prints. Yes I know other places do too but this was the kindest most comforting gesture that I needed. Thank you everyone for taking such good care of me and my sweet Lucy!

The doctors and staff at Windermere Vet Hospital are the best of the best! Their care, and diligence are second to none. My many fur babies have always been treated like family here, and I trust them completely as such. I always recommend Dr. Boctor's amazing team of experts and professionals.

Very thankful for this clinic. Dr. Boctor, Dr. Wood and Dr. Madsen have all played integral parts in keeping my pets healthy during all of their life stages. From puppy exams, sickness and many injuries, surgeries, keeping my baby girls pain managed in her last years, to the worst thing a pet owner has to go through; saying goodbye to your friend. Every tech here is extremely patient, caring and knowledgeable. And the front end staff will always greet you with a smile. This clinic truly embodies a family atmosphere and treats you and your pet as such! Thank you guys again for what you all do. I appreciate you all more than I can express on here.

My dog was not feeling well and our usual vet was fully booked so they recommended for me to try calling Windermere Vet Hospital. They were very accommodating and took us in an hour before closing. Dr. Sherif Boctor was very patient and compassionate. He took the time to explain everything to me and my husband and did not rush despite it being close to the end of day. You can tell how much he and the staff truly care about animals. We left there feeling heard and reassured. We really appreciate all they did to accommodate my dog last minute. Thank you Windermere Vet Hospital team!!!

Never have I experienced such an incredible place for my pets. We have had every vet there and each one takes so much time with your pet before any examination. They are so knowledgeable, caring, AND fair priced. We had to take our dog to a different clinic for an emergency where they told us he'd need surgery bc he has cancer. The next day we took him to see Dr. Bochter who gave our pup antibiotics and the whole lump, that was a bloody mess, cleared up. Not cancer. Our dog absolutely loves going there and all staff always are happy to see him. After any non-routine visit, they always follow up within 48 hrs with a phone call or email to see how your pet is doing.Absolutely outstanding and I'd trust them with any pet without a doubt.

This is the only place I take my cats. I moved out of town and still make the drive to come here. The DR is amazing and also knows how to explain everything so that I (not a DR LOL) understands. Fantastic service and fantastic staff
