Clean quiet great park for kids handicapped accessible all around even into beach n into water. Only flaw was shower pressure in shower. Had kitchenettes and freindly staff .

An older inn that is showing a little wear and tear. It is right next to a beach and is a good place to stop and rest.

A Nice Motel In Espanola stayed here during the week while working traffic control for technicians doing roadwork on 417 taking samples. The staff used to be an elderly woman and her husband.

Cheap, nice clean rooms, right on the lake and close to all amenities. Does not offer food but is in close proximity to fast food restaurants including Tim Hortons . Very hospitable staff. Thanks for a good night's sleep:)

We just spent the night after a week of camping so needless to say, a shower was very welcoming! Rooms are clean and the owner was nice to talk to. Another bonus is there is a beach and park just steps from the office door. If we ever make it back out this way we would definitely come back!

Wish I didn't have to stay here but grateful we got the last room in area. So just don't if you don't have to, Room 14 anyways. I am not sure why there are any good reviews, we got a room at the end by a smoking area...or maybe there were smoking rooms in this very small motel....which means it's basically going through the whole place. The worst part was the strong smell of air freshener, an attempt to cover up the smell of smoke? or the musty, dank smell? I was having so much trouble breathing, I almost slept in my car.The beds were not in good shape and the blankets didn't look at all appealing to get into bed.I was determined to leave but after my husband called around and found there was no vacancy for quite some distance...we had to accept with tired kids, we would sleep and wake up and leave ASAP. I don't give a bad review easily but we do a lot of travelling and this was one of the worst rooms we have ever stayed in. And no one at front desk in morning to give feedback to so we just left.

Clean comfortable and quiet room. Right across the parking lot is Clear Lake on the edge of Espanola. Friendly and helpful employees. Near by is McDonald's, Tim's, grocery stores and other restaurants.

Very clean facility with friendly helpful staff. Excellent value for the rate. However if you are not the type of person who cannot see past the shop worn accomadations. This is not the place for you

Nice rooms friendly staff but not a place to be if your on a business trip. Good place to stay for a few nights while out of town for work tho. If your in need of good wifi/internet I would look elsewhere as it’s quite slow. I could barely download things I needed on my laptop or cellphone. Beautiful place otherwise. Upkeep is decent.
