The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. The staff get it done! Absolutely the best BJJ school in the GTA. The coaching and atmosphere is second to known. If you live in Mississauga or surrounding area THIS is the place to train.

This gym is so welcoming - really a family atmosphere. I have made good friends and the higher belts are very eager to help white belts. If you want to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Mississauga, no matter your experience level, this is the place. Stay humble, come with respect in mind and enjoy all there is to learn!

I started training at Evolution last December and did not stop. I was hesitant at first, but the instructors and head instructor professor Toma were so welcoming, it had me wanting more. Everyone at the gym, existing members and instructors are so helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The quality of instruction is amazing and would recommend Evolution to anyone looking to train bjj. I have also enrolled my son in the kids program and I am very impressed with the classes. We are here to stay!

Fantastic gym, not much else to say but I will anyway! I was in Toronto for work and was welcomed with open arms for their advanced class in the gi. As a new blue belt I was honored to be asked to roll with two of the head instructor black belts during the open gym portion, thank you Dave and Dave. During drills a fellow belt sought me out to partner up so no awkward standing there wondering who to practice the moves with, thanks Ashwin! Alex, Matt, Aaron, and Jodi were also excellent partners. I went back to the BNB in one piece but very tired having learned some new half-guard tricks. Highly recommended and would definitely come back when I return to Toronto again!

Been training here for 3 years, and wouldn't want to train anywhere else! The culture is a fantastic blend of highly technical instructors, team oriented goals and a healthy dose of fun. The black belts are extremely knowledgeable and growth focused, and take the self-defense side of BJJ seriously. Everybody is in it to see eachother grow and accomplish goals. Oss!

Since we moved to Mississauga, we wanted our children to continue training in Jiu-jitsu and we were looking for a good school until we found this one!! It is perfect they have excellent trainers that support in everything. Our kids are happy and confident. And we know they are being well prepared in this discipline.
