Jing did a great job on our 2 dogs. The dogs look awesome and her description of our dogs on their report cards was exactly our dogs personalities. You can tell she spends the time grooming also getting to know the dogs personalities as she described our dogs personalities perfectly. Definitely recommend Jing and Kenastin Pawsh dog.

Fast and friendly service! You can tell that every staff member loves dogs. I wish they would bring back the photos and report cards for full grooms!

Sarah groomed my dog today and did a phenomenal job. I couldn’t believe the improvement in his coat and look, he was like a brand new fresh dog. My dog is also very shy and skittish around strangers, Sarah was very patient and made my dog feel comfortable. I’ll be requesting her next time.

Jing did an amazing job with my young golden retriever. He has never been as soft as when he came home from being groomed with Jing! Highly recommended!

Ellie, our 10 month old miniature poodle puppy, sees Jing Ye at the Pawsh Dog Grooming Salon in the Petland store at Kenaston Common. This is the third time that Jing has groomed Ellie. Jing is wonderful with Ellie and is so patient with her. Jing gives Ellie beautiful haircuts. We are very grateful to Jing for taking such good care of Ellie. Thank you Jing!!

Rhiannon is truly a super professional. She is prompt and you can tell she has a great passion towards animals. Our little dog always comes out very happy which shows Rhiannon has a great calming effect on little dogs. Very nice person!

I recently took my dog to Pawsh Dog for her regular grooming appointment, which I have been doing once a month. Unfortunately, this time my usual groomer was not available as she had quit. I was assigned to Cassie, who was scheduled to groom my dog instead. However, my experience with Cassie was far from satisfactory.Firstly, I was quite disappointed with the excessive amount of time it took for Cassie to groom my dog. She kept my dog in the salon for over 3.5 hours, which seemed excessively long. When I finally picked up my dog, I immediately noticed that her back end was yellow and appeared to be smeared with feces. Naturally, I was very concerned and asked Cassie about it. To my surprise, she claimed not to know anything about it. I found it hard to believe her explanation, especially considering that my dog's bum had been wiped but not properly cleaned.Furthermore, I was not at all impressed with Cassie's grooming style. It felt as though she rushed through the grooming process, as if she wanted to finish as quickly as possible. The overall quality of the grooming was subpar, and it was evident that attention to detail was lacking.Considering my disappointing experience with Cassie and the unsatisfactory outcome of the grooming appointment, I have made the decision not to return to Pawsh Dog. It is crucial for a grooming service to provide professional and attentive care for our beloved pets, and unfortunately, I did not find that at Pawsh Dog this time.Based on my experience, I would not recommend Pawsh Dog for grooming services. It is essential to find a groomer who prioritizes the well-being and comfort of our furry friends and provides high-quality grooming.

Have brought our dog here for grooming a number of times and we always book with Kristine, who is AWESOME! Our dog always looks so handsome after his grooming there. I always look forward to seeing Candace (receptionist) who is also always so friendly and helpful!
