Dereck is efficient and very nice. Talks well and go extra miles to satisfy me. I enjoy all other staffs and never had an issue of concerns. Please keep the good work of helping the community. We are grateful

Very nice and helpful staff not along wait ,they work really fast and efficient and the best thing they practice social distanceing and contact less service.i always love to pick up my own stuff but if its safe for me and my family not to do so it's fine. Grate place.

They were extremely kind and curteous. I was worried they would turn me away but they recognized my needs and allowed me to have some food. I was surprised at the selection and felt very cared for. Thank you for an unexpectedly pleasant experience!

I was never there and if i did i wouldnt drive to rutland under any circumstances. Bad enough my car getting broken into at home (downtown) . Rcmp are usless .

Seriously your drivers need to merge and use caution when entering into traffic . Last 7004 last digits of the trucks licence plate . I had to slam on my brakes . He cut me off and no reason on the highway .

The best people ever! These guys give up sooo much of their time to those in need, it is really inspiring.Not sure if Richard is still the one running it because it is all drive thru now since covid started. If so then I can't wait to see him some time soon. He is literally one of the nicest people I have ever met, and he always goes above and beyond to help people who need it the most.

Disservice and the welcome that you get when you walk through the door is like walking through the door of your home the people are so kind and courteous and make you feel like you're walking into a grocery store but the service in the volunteers in the organization the way it's ran our incredible to walk in there and pick up bread anytime any day of the week is and helps so much and is greatly appreciated I would just like to say thanks too the people that have done a. Mind blowing job at organizing running and making it better day by day and also thanks to the volunteers that keeps the lines flowing and moving to the system's very fast and they're such loving people you can lose the feeling of being down in the dumps I can't afford food feeling it is so well organized I just like to say thanks to all and I do plan on repaying soon as I get through this winter and hopefully in the community garden or something like that where to be outside and suck up the natural vitamin D and show the appreciation and give back thanks again you special people you have a great Christmas

Taking over by New Management I actually went there I had to get a hamburger for myself and my child and it was actually the smallest have her that I have ever received from Central Okanagan Food Bank there was no consideration taken into the food that was placed in the hamper to the fact in regards to being meals and snacks for the child and what we were going to drink for the 10 days that we were out of groceries and the fact that I asked about canned fruit and they said that they were saving everything for winter there was a very little selection of fruit and vegetables I believe it lasted us not even two days not sure what's going on I know the donations are going in the end the money is coming in to the Okanagan Central Food Bank I'm not sure what's going on there but they definitely for need to look at their structure when I brought it up to the management lady about my disappointment with the hamper and whatnot I'm sure she was very kind but I'm not sure where the food is going where the donations are being spent but they definitely are not being spent on Harper's for families with children are not sure what a single family looks like. Like I said I I've gotten happens from there before and had to go over well thought out they were large enough to last Us in between pace and now they're not not even close no thought to know nothing oh and tea and coffee were considered a what did she call it a luxury item LOL okay

You guys are doing a great job for the community.
