In Oakville and were looking to quickly have something lighter and found this fairly new location.The inside clean and bright. Ordered a Mediterranean Bowl with Falafel, A Market Bowl and an Umamii Bowl. As it was hot day also ordered a Recoverii smoothie without honey to make it Vegan.The order was provided quickly. Both the Mediterranean and the Market Bowls were done top notch. The Umamii bowl did not have any (or perhaps very little) ginger miso dressing. Took it back and requested for some dressing and the person reaction was amazing. He was so apologetic and kind and quickly added the dressing was so kind that he made sure we were OK I put in an extra star for the care and effort. Perhaps the order was messed or perhaps I was a bit messed up (totally possible), however the reaction was priceless. Customer service at best.The smoothie, I wasn't pleased with it. Not a smoothie person myself maybe that's why. The mango, pineapple and banana flavour were all there, but somehow it just didn't elevate the taste.

Yesterday I came to the location for the first time and the staff treated me with the upmost respect and service. Samer took my order and he was very kind and helpful when I was choosing my order. I had the smokehouse with hard boiled eggs and everything about it was prepared properly. Had a great chat with him while I was dining in. It was a pleasure meeting you and dropping by.

I am giving this Freshii location a 1 star due to the worker’s extreme poor attitude towards me. I went into Freshii for the first time on May 26 at 5:30PM, wanting to try one of the bowls. The Friday special was the “Oaxaca Bowl”, and I approached the counter to ask the worker what was in this bowl. She then rudely looked at me, pointed to a different board, and said “I don’t know, you can read it yourself” and she proceeded to turn away from me. I was taken aback by her attitude and behaviour as it wouldn’t have been hard for her to be nice to a customer. This interaction made me leave and I went next door to Basil Box. I do feel like this employee needs re-training in their customer service etiquette

I have been to many freshii locations in the past but this one is by far my favourite! Friendly staff, amazing service, super clean and the food is always fresh. Highly recommend this location!

Love this place. The place is clean and beautifully decorated. The staffs are polite and very accomodating. They serve very fresh and tasty salads and drinks. The wait time is relatively short but I wished they had a larger sitting area.

Nice and clean, fast service and a friendly staff. I got the Buddha's Satay in a bowl, for protein I add chicken. This bowl was fairly big and filling. If you want to eat health, you got to eat here!

We all know Freshii has the best food! Theres something special about this location in particular. No matter what, I always receive a fresh, filling & delicious meal and get the top quality service you only find in high end restaurants! Also very clean!

Paid for whey in my smoothie, but they didn't put it in. I also got steak in my meal, and it was pretty bad. Bland, no salt or seasoning, rubbery. It tasted old. Everything else was fine.
