Really convenient to get all of our equipment from one place and locally. We rely on rapid service to keep our business up and running so that was a must for our decision to purchase.

This company is a fraud! They had us put a $1000 refundable deposit down for the application for financing, did the application, and we were approved. They asked us to lie to the finance company and say we received the unit. This put up a red flag for us and we decided to back out. Then we attempted many times to get our $1000 deposit back and to this day have not received a dime. Avoid being scammed, steer clear of this fraudulent business

I had the occasion to buy few equipment from them , excellent customer service, sales representative was very well organized and knowledgeable who gave me top of the line service. Highly recommend.

The worst service ever, BIG fraud, told you only 100$ for coming but at the end, charge 300$+ for only visit and cannot fix any problem for you.NEVER CHOOSE THIS COMPANY, the worst ever, very rude staff and terrible pricing. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A sudden malfunction occurred in the freezer, and it was in the weekend, and when I informed them by phone about that malfunction, Marc came immediately and fixed the fault and saved my inventory.So I take the opportunity to thank him.I assure you that no one will ever regret doing business with you ..

if the social media is not a way to reciprocate than they wouldn't have a space to write a review. Also, instead of answering my review on social media since its not a way of fixing things than you should of just called me yourself. My husband is also waiting for your phone concerning the tech that was suppose to come fix the machine last Monday, instead your here playing on google review. Mr. Etienne the owner, said it was suppose to pass under warranty, but apparently your warranties dont mean much to groupe protec. Its a joke. My mistake was not reading these reviews before purchasing your machine that was a lemon and you are pin pointing the client. Were not taking about a transaction of 5.00$ also my machine was 8 days old. blaming my electrician is not the problem of the machine, you should read up on electricity. I hope people will not make the same mistake i did. i hope they will read these reviews before purchasing your equipment with fake warranty.

I called them for a one time maintenance and possibilty of long term contract maintenance.They said they were okay to handle our compressor machine.We asked for a same day repair, but they were handful and said we'd have to wait until next day. So no biggies.Next day I called to make sure they come, but they told me that they are still busy and will be able to pass the next day. I hesistated because it was an emergency, so I let them know that I really need this service the next day otherwise I'd have to seek somebody else to do the job.They insisted that there's no need to look elsewhere and they will be able to handle the issue.Next day I called to check back, they asked me for a deposit, which was never mentioned nor the amount. Now they refuse to show up even if I was willing to COD. They told me is best that I look for someone else to do the job.I understand that these kind of business require some advance payment in order to avoid the dine and dash" fraud.This made me boiled up because :a) I lost three days of serviceb) I got stalled and need to called to get the service
