Hip Pooch

We have a long-haired rescue named Beta that we've been bringing to Hip Pooch for over a year now. She's often pretty timid and can be difficult to work with, but she loves going to Hip Pooch since they take such great care of her. All of their groomers do a great job, Beta looks and smells so fresh every time. They've also got super fun/cute toys.

Great local groomer and very professional. We have three huskies that we take there all the time. And two of our Huskies are very nervous. But the love and attention hip pooch provide them to during their sessions are amazing and our girls are cool as a cucumber throught out their session. Thank you Hip Pooch.

I don’t usually take the time to give reviews but I would be remiss if I didn’t do so for hip pooch; every dog deserves to get the awesome service this staff offers. The staff is courteous and caring and you can tell they really have a love for the animals they groom. The place is also quite affordable. The owner is personable and takes the time to give guidance and advise on how to take care of your dog. I was a new and nervous pup mom and I brought in my Bichon frise Louis Vuitton to get his first bath and the staff made the experience great for him and for me. Now my Louis doesn’t have a fear of water and he loves going to the groomers. Every time we leave the groomers he gets compliments. Due to their awesome service I’ve trusted them to help my dog through all his grooming “first”. You will not be sorry if you take your fur best friend to this place!!

Had our first grooming for Shasta there today and it was awesome. Very calm and quiet which Shasta most definitely appreciated. Got a great cut and looks tres chic! We'll be back!

Was nervous my puppy wouldn't be comfortable and would have issues getting the grooming done but they did a great job. He looked great and seemed happy when we picked him up!

I was really nervous about taking our puppy to get groomed because she's a bit timid and can be dramatic. I chose Hip Pooch because I like that I can drop her off at her scheduled time and pick her up when she's done so she doesn't have to sit there for longer than necessary. I was surprised at how well our puppy's first groom went, considering I thought she would be a big baby about it! They really know what they are doing and they work with a lot of doodles. We've gone twice now and I've been really pleased both times. It's important to have a great groomer, especially for a high maintenance dog and we're really happy with Hip Pooch. I have found them to be very reassuring and knowledgeable and her grooms have looked great. We will definitely keep going here.

I bring my 100lb guy here to get his nails done. He is VERY nervous in new places and he used to be reactive as well. They would accommodate his needs by squeezing him in at the end of the day so he wouldn't have to see another dog, and I've never had someone who was unable to handle him and make him feel comfortable.
