Replaced a water heater at my house for me. Showed up when he said he would be there, cleaned up after himself, and the bill I received was cheaper than the actual quote because he finished faster than expected. Will definitely use Casey and his crew again!

Our furnace was limping for a bit and money had already been spent on the ac last season.A conversation with Casey regarding our limping equipment and a few options with pricing was provided promptly.The Red Seal Certified craftsmen came, demolished, intalled, started up, showed us how each unit worked and where all the key items that we needed to know about.I highly recommend these folks.Superb diagnostic, and advice for a new heating and cooling system as well as a really neat instantaneous water heater. Well worth the cost for this type of water heater I will add.I always wondered why the European union and many other country's all use these type of water heater. Now I know. Work done Sept 23/24; Install high efficiency furnace, air conditioner and power vented water heater. Price in line with other companiesThe estimator, Casey, was thorough and explained what needed to be done to install the new furnace and air conditioning. He was really good to work with from the beginning, answering any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. I added to the work by requesting a new power vented water heater. They emailed a new estimate the next day and also attached the specs as well They responded to my email inquiries promptly. The plumber/heating guy was great He worked quickly and carefully, he answered all my questions and took the time to explain what he was doing. The debris was cleaned up afterwards. He also dropped off a box of filters that had come in on his way home, thanks Drayke!I did not hesitate to recommend them to my friends when they needed someone to come in to check their furnace.

Ellis Mechanical was an excellent mechanical company to work with for a recent install in our home! They were extremely prompt with both getting us the information that we requested and booking us in for an installation appointment. The installation was done by Journeymen who completed the job quickly, efficiently, and with care – finishing sooner than anticipated! They were also very pleasant and enjoyable to work with from the start. We would absolutely recommend Ellis Mechanical for any of your mechanical needs and we will certainly be using them for other upcoming projects in our home!

Our family has relied on Ellis Mechanical for multiple jobs in the last 3 years. We have had our gas meter relocated, hot water heater replaced and most recently our furnace replaced.All of the work was started quickly when our water heater and furnace failed (in cold weather) and completed in very good time. The jobs were all discussed clearly beforehand and completed as quoted. No surprises! Great follow up and assistance with warranty registration was appreciated.I highly recommend Ellis Mechanical and will be contacting them again for anything we might require.
