Very helpful and knowledgeable workers. Came to my house to install my Fibre optic and the technician was very friendly and did great work!

First I’d like to thank that very kind person for the nice review on me, it was an absolute pleasure installing your fiber optics! I hope you’re still enjoying it to this day! Lastly this company is absolutely awful and by far the worst company I have ever worked for.

Very poor service, I was charged 50$ for the technician to say “ I don’t know”. The tech did not know how to power up the computer. He pushed the power button rapidly about 10 times in 3 seconds to prove the computer would not power up. Then asked if I wanted the screws put back in the casing before I left.

5 stars isn’t enough - huge huge thanks to Robin for his brilliance in getting two iPhones going again after they took a dip in the lake - he thought outside the box and had us fixed up so quick and for a much lower cost than we expected - and was so patient with us as we tried to sort out the best course of action. 10/10 service, ingenuity and expertise.

It took some time to figure out the problem, but the staff was very accommodating and extremely helpful. The charge was significantly less than I had expected.
